Personnel were excellent, however it is frustrating to have to wait 90min for a service that was scheduled ahead of time. Especially, since the service was a software upgrade for a recent recall on a 202 have to wait 90min for a service that was scheduled ahead of time. Especially, since the service was a software upgrade for a recent recall on a 2025 Accord. Their servicing operations should be improved to service cars at their scheduled time. Otherwise, why even schedule a service ahead of time. More
