Steer clear of warranty and tire purchases Steer clear of extended warranty and tire purchases at Zimmerman Ford. They did not honor my Ford Tire Care warranty due to their mistake handling the Steer clear of extended warranty and tire purchases at Zimmerman Ford. They did not honor my Ford Tire Care warranty due to their mistake handling the purchase. Their treatment after the mistake was realized was insulting and required me to regularly follow up instead of them replying with updates. I am now out $1000 for tires and $200 for the unused warranty. There was no offer to reconcile any of the tires or the warranty. More
Unhappy I bought a used car from them all went well during the actual selling me the car. After I still had no plates and 3 days till paper plate expired I we I bought a used car from them all went well during the actual selling me the car. After I still had no plates and 3 days till paper plate expired I went to them to find out where the plates were. I was first told they were having a problem getting the title due to a pay off., then was told there was a mistake made on the vin so was gonna take couple more weeks to get the plates, they did give me a loner which I had for a month . Finally got plates , then the tire sensor light came on so took it back and it had to be sent to Honda and they had it for a week just to put in new tire sensors. Another loner. Got it back then check engine light came on so back again for repair. Month or so later service light is on and I get a msg from Zimmerman saying I have an apt for service on my 2016 ford. (Remember I bought a Honda not a ford.)so I call them with the descrepancy and they say it's corrected. Took car in for this service and am asked why it says I have a ford. The shop guy takes me into the rude guy in the service office who tells me the cost of the service so I tell him first service is free and he rudely asks me"why would it be free Brenda"? I said it's what my sales person told me. He says "did you buy the car here? Unbelievable!! I have never dealt with so much incompetents. This car buying experience has been a nightmare for me. I would not recommend them . More

Hyundai offers the best warranty, yet we are pressured that we needed the extra protection because of all the costly repairs we could encounter. We could have completed the sales transaction much quicker if we didn't have this extra protection sales pressure. We wanted the car but not all the extra protection. More

Not impressed I was positively surprised with the prices of the new vehicles.
