Excellent Choice This was the first time I purchased a new car on my own and I was a bit overwhelmed going into the dealership. He provided much needed peace of mind in regards to my vehicle selection, the available warranties, and the support I would receive from over the lifetime of my vehicle. Not really a BMW dealership In general, I am very supportive for local businesses and this time it would not be different. However, as a long time buyer/lessor of premium cars, I In general, I am very supportive for local businesses and this time it would not be different. However, as a long time buyer/lessor of premium cars, I was really disappointed with the dealership. It is not about the people there: everyone is very friendly and not pushy. Moreover, they have good prices and are conveniently located. But, for a premium dealership experience, it lacks a lot. First, when I sent an email about a car I was interested I was promptly replied, asking me to pay a visit. I sent few more questions, the main one about the availability of this particular car for a leasing (it was a 2015 unit). I got several answers that the car was new but never about this. Anyways, as we had time we took the 40 minute drive there to check. They are really nice people: presented the car, we test-drove it and were interested. But, as I wondered, the car could not be leased; so, I lost my afternoon just to test drive a car that was unavailable. Also, coincidently, after filling the credit application there, I started receiving spam e-mails from different vendors.But the main thing is that you do not have the regular BMW environment: it has a VERY small show room and the main business is to sell Ford cars. It also seems that the salespeople are not specialized in the brands. Maybe I am just spoiled by previous experiences (all questions answered by e-mail, visit by appointment only and exclusive environment) and it seems that they really do a good job selling Fords and Hyundais. But, for me, I'd rather drive a little bit farther to have a BMW experience. More

Also, they ran a credit check when I was not financing through them, which made me a little upset, but I would still buy from them again. The warranty forever is an amazing addition as well! More
