Nicole was an excellent sales person,very helpful,and sympathetic, concerned about meeting our needs with getting the correct vehicle. Brian was AMAZING! He made buying my first car a pleasurable experience. When we first got to the dealer we were paired with a younger sales associate. Given that this was my 1st car I wanted someo pleasurable experience. When we first got to the dealer we were paired with a younger sales associate. James is a very good example of how a sales person should be. Not overly aggressive so you can discuss all options..but persistent enough to stay fully engaged with the client. James purchased the last 2011 Limited model in the area, with his favorite color combo. The team was good in upselling all the follow-on warantees and protection packages, despite being unsuccessful....we're tough!!!! The experience was fantastic....and the Hyundai is an excellent value. We like the Elantra even better than the Sonata or Genesis!! More
