Dealership completed some recall work on my vehicle. The service department was difficult to deal with and unprofessional. They rescheduled my appointment twice and upon my arrival, tried to tell me the The service department was difficult to deal with and unprofessional. However, when I picked up the car no one reviewed the work completed with me. (it was a second visit for paint work both under recall) They simply handed me the keys. I would not recommend this dealership. More

Great experience with this specific dealership. Warning light for EV coolant and what little info was available indicated I should not drive. 2 local Hyundai dealers did not have a service appointm Warning light for EV coolant and what little info was available indicated I should not drive. 2 local Hyundai dealers did not have a service appointment for 3 weeks according to online scheduler, attempted to contact a human being and was disconnected after 10 minutes wait - this happened 3 times. Checked the online scheduler for this dealership on route 2 in Fitchburg and they had an appointment in 2 days. When I called to ask additional questions on servicing - someone answered the phone. All the work was completed and I could not be happier with this service team. I recommend this service team and only this service team. Hopefully the 2 dealerships closer to Boston will learn from this Fitchburg team. Btw - the online scheduler needs a lot of software improvements. More

Car was brought in and it took 3 weeks to replace door sensor and they added 50 miles on my car while they had it. The dealership is only a couple of miles away so 50 miles seems excessive. I didn't g sensor and they added 50 miles on my car while they had it. The dealership is only a couple of miles away so 50 miles seems excessive. I didn't get any communication until after 2 weeks when they thought it was fixed but then just before the call the alarm started going off again (caused by door sensor). Joe was nice but the experience was terrible. 3 weeks and 50 miles seems excessive and lack of any communication just really sours my opinion of this dealership. McGovern had our car for 3 days and failed to diagnose the problems that I brought it in for correctly. After that time frame they said everything was working fine, however as I was driving it home the pr the problems that I brought it in for correctly. After that time frame they said everything was working fine, however as I was driving it home the problem that I brought it in for showed up on my screen as a warning. My problem was the safety features towards the front we're being disengaged because of radar sensor warning being allegedly blocked. The sensors were not blocked, clearly a computer issue. I also took the car in because of fuel filler door will not unlock. They put some lubricant on it and said it worked just fine. Yesterday my wife tried to fill her car up and spent time and at 6 attempts trying to open the door. This is not my first encounter with McGovern attempting to fix our car and failing to do so. More

The service done to my car was excellent. Joe was great! Communication with customer was not so good. Misinformation given by person answering for the service dept. I did not know if I would get my car back or what work was done that day until 4:45pm. I dropped my car off the night before for an AM appointment. More

Although I did not end up buying a car from them (no fault of their own). They were a great team to work with. Kind, not overly assertive and attentive and ready to make a fair deal.
