My wife and I decided on purchasing a new Hyundai, because of the warranty, we visited Rte 2 Hyundai, seeking to try a new Accent. Jermaine approached us, was very easy going, brought us to a 2012 Acc because of the warranty, we visited Rte 2 Hyundai, seeking to try a new Accent. Jermaine approached us, was very easy going, brought us to a 2012 Accent, explained about the improved fuel economy, and offered to grab the keys to it, so we could check it out. Upon his reutrn with the keys, he showed us the many features, and his THOUROUGH knowledge of each feature on the vehicle along with completely answering each question we asked, convinced us that this was a dealership we would like to do business with! Every employee we had ANY cotact with was warm, friendly easygoing and knowledgeable, even when it came to negotiating the price, Jermaine was respectful, non pushy, yet still effective in not loosing money for the dealer. I think we may have been able to save more on the cost of the vehicle, but I am not good at doing that. If I owned my own business I would want everything, everyway, and everyone @ Rte 2 Hyundai working for me. THEY ARE A+ More

My Salesman James did absolutley everything to make our car-buying experience as easy and positive as possible. We have no complaints at all with him. However, our overall experience while ultimately res car-buying experience as easy and positive as possible. We have no complaints at all with him. However, our overall experience while ultimately resulting in the purchase of a new car at a fair price was frought with difficulty. We received inconsistent pricing information from e-mail and the manager at the dealership. On one night we were told that we'd be able to order a specific vehicle at a specific price and when we came back less than 24 hours later we were told we could not. That being said, we did end up buying a new car at a fair and reasonable price. All of the staff then did an excellent job of making sure our car was ready the next day, explaining everything about the car and following up on any questions we had. Also, some of the difficulties we had were totally independent of the Dealership staff but were instead due to Hyundai's Corporate policies. We were not allowed to buy the 6 CD changer that comes standard in the Limited version of our car because we purchased a "lower model." We were not looking to have them GIVE it to us, we simply wanted to buy the unit from them at retail price. We were tld that was "not an option." Again, this is corporate policy and not reflectinve of the dealership who I am sure would have loved to have sold us the unit. All in all they tried hard to make things right so in the end we would recommend the dealership to others and would go back ourselves. More

I would highly recomen RTE 2 Hyundai in Leominster Massachusetts to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle. My Sales Representative BRIAN SMITH was extremely nice to me and my wife even before we decieded o Massachusetts to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle. There was no hard sales presureand we ended up pacing less than what we thought we were going to pay. It was a very nice experience dealing with the staff. Our vehicle was ready for delivery while we waited the dame day. They even had a nice clean playroom for kids. More
Brian was the first person to greet me when I walked into the dealership. He was very personable, friendly and easy to work with. I was well prepared when I entered the facility, and was met in the parking lot by a friendly 18 year old salesman who was a perfect gentleman throughout the entire buying process. They beat the best price I got through Consumer reports, met my trade in price, and beat my credit union financing with minimal resistance. I kept saying to myself that this was too easy, something must be wrong. The salesman helped us find the vehicle that we needed rather than the one we thought we wanted, but not in a pushy way. Very happy! Have not dealt with service department yet. More

I must admit, I have always dreaded car shopping; it has always seemed like such a dreadfully high-pressure experience. I went to Rt. 2 Hyundai simply to test drive, not to purchase, but I loved the car and always seemed like such a dreadfully high-pressure experience. Brendan answered my questions, I didn't feel pushed or pressured, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, and I was treated like a customer should be treated.
