Nicole was an excellent sales person,very helpful,and sympathetic, concerned about meeting our needs with getting the correct vehicle. James is a very good example of how a sales person should be. Not overly aggressive so you can discuss all options..but persistent enough to stay fully engaged with the client. Brian was AMAZING! He made buying my first car a pleasurable experience. When we first got to the dealer we were paired with a younger sales associate.
