I wanted to have it pass car facts and gap insurance. Having a working a working car I did not to rush to purchase a car but could wait for just the right vehicle. Jason did not let the fact that I rejected cars that did not appeal to me or were not in the above qualifications discourage him. He was kind, tolerant, professional, respectful, enduring, and used my list of qualifications to secure the perfect car. I am so happy, my beautiful, clean, reliable, low mileage, maintained, Golden Suzuki XL-7 Grand Vitara, was the perfect fit for me and the 3 children with the sunroof, seat warmers, privacy glass, 5-7 passenger 3rd row leather seats, retractable cargo area, and auto lighting system. I love it. Not only is the price affordable but when I have come back to learn how to work the features of my car Jason has made the time to answer my questions and meet my needs which included a courteous replacement radio due to a disk malfunction. We decided to research a little more at home before making the important decision. When we returned the next day, Zachary Schweda assisted us. He was also very knowledgeable. We test drove a Sonata, but then decided to purchase the Elantra. Between the two sales representatives, we were well informed and were able to choose the vehicle that was best for us. Salesman was very good, friendly and efficient. He was quick to see I got my car as soon as possible. On the other hand I had buyers remorse and felt I ended up paying too much. I do like the car, when I picked it up on first glance it looked clean. As I spent more time with it in daylight hours I noticed parts of the car were filthy. Mostly interior doors and seat belts. How does a seatbelt get filthy? Also when I was trying to get my last Hyndai serviced I had a hard time getting thru to service dept. Was told three times no one could answer my call, so I have been getting my service elsewhere. More

None have ever come close to making us feel as comfortable and NOT stressed or pressured as we did at this dealership and we didn't have to be there waiting on them for hours.
