My experience at Rte. 2 Hyundai was great. A friend recommended them because they were friendly and didn't pressure you and I have to agree. My salesperson, Johnny was very nice and helpful. I can't say enough about my exceptional experience with Route 2 Hyundai. I sent a vehicle inquiry via email late Saturday night and received a phone call first thing Sunday morning from Brendan. Within a f Route 2 Hyundai. I sent a vehicle inquiry via email late Saturday night and received a phone call first thing Sunday morning from Brendan. Within a few hours, I was test driving the EXACT vehicle I wanted from model, color, to added features. I have to say, it was wonderful that the dealership allowed me to test drive the vehicle without an escort from a salesperson. Out of all the vehicles I've test driven, a salesperson has always felt they needed to come along for the ride. Brendan was friendly from the get go and listened to exactly what I was looking for not only in a vehicle, but also in regards to a trade-in, price, and financing and did everything he could to get all those numbers to work for me. I went back in Monday morning so the manager could take a look at the vehicle I was trading in and never in a million years did I think I would be driving off the lot in my new Hyundai Touring that same day! From sales to financing, the staff was helpful, courteous, and aside from signing my name and calling my insurance company; made my purchase effortless. Extra touches such as filling up the gas tank, paying for the inspection, and the 1st oil change for free made me feel that the only thing they weren't providing me with was a chauffeur to drive me around. With Route 2 Hyundai and the assistance of Brendan, I drove off the lot with my new vehicle less than 48 hours of my initial inquiry. I only hope that I am as happy with my Touring as I am with the service I received! THANK YOU! ~Melissa More

I went into Rt 2 Hyundai (my local dealership) looking to purchase a new 2012 Elantra. After a less than satisfactory experience with one sales man, I received a phone call from Mike the Sales Manager. He ha purchase a new 2012 Elantra. After a less than satisfactory experience with one sales man, I received a phone call from Mike the Sales Manager. He had the day off but took the time to call me because he was honestly concerned about the experience I had and wanted to do the best he could to right the situation for me. Mike went out of his way to make a great deal for me, personally taking care of my financing and giving me the best deal on a new car that I could ask for. He offered to personally finish up my transaction, but I instead opted to deal with Brian whom I knew was more than capable of helping me. When I arrived to sign the paperwork and pick up my new car, the transaction went smoothly and quicker than I ever anticipated. While I dealt with Brian, Mike made point of coming over to introduce himself (STILL on his personal time off) and sincerely apologized for what I had dealt with previously. He let it be known that customer service and satisfaction is a priority to both him and the dealership, and that he truly wanted to see me walk out of there a happy customer. And he succeeded. I got an amazing deal on my new car and a great price on my trade in. Brian was extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. And honestly, it was nice to feel as though my personal happiness really mattered to the man in charge. I'd recommend Rt 2 Hyundai, as well as my sweet new ride, to all of my friends. I knew that I was searching for an SUV and trading in a Sedan. I researched several crossovers including the Toyota Rav 4, Nissan Rogue, Honda CRV, Subaru Outback and the Hyundai Tuscon which is unavailab Sedan. I did most of my research on the Internet, "building" the vehicle of my choice and asking for an Internet Quote. I asked that all of the dealers please contact me by EMail only, no phoning, as I have disabilities to deal with. Hyundai was the only dealership who honored that request and the communication via email was quick. Some of the dealerships would not even commit to a price quote even though that is what I requested. At any rate, today I went to Hyundai, met with both Max Silvera who introduced me to the Salesman, Mark Casavant. He made sure to tell Mark the figures he had quoted me, even though I had brought those emails with me just in case. I at no time felt high-pressured. I sat in the vehicle for a long while testing the comfort and checking out it's features..all nice and a very well appointed vehicle. The only question remaining for me at that point was what I would get for a trade-in. The trade-in quoted me was reasonable and I struck a deal and drove the car home all on the same day. I've purchased a lot of cars in my 60 years of living, but I have to say this was by far the best handled deal and the only time the vehicle was purchased and delivered on the same day. As for Mark Casavant, I gave him the high ratings for a couple of reasons. He was knowledgeable, programming the vehicles technology for me which I have difficult with. His voice was pleasing to my ear, he came across as being an honest, ordinary guy and I just plain trusted him. It was though I was talking with a family member. Yes, I would recommend the Dealership and particularly try and refer some business Mark's way. More
