I went to this dealer looking for an Elantra 4 weeks ago, they didn't have any, I asked what is coming in, they couldn't tell me, I told them what I wanted, they couldn't order it, I asked if I could leave s they didn't have any, I asked what is coming in, they couldn't tell me, I told them what I wanted, they couldn't order it, I asked if I could leave some a deposit so it what I wanted came in it would be mine, they said they wern't taking deposits, it was a first come first serve issue, when I told them I had my own financing, they wanted nothing to do with me....I guess this dealer has completly forgot what customer service is all about....I found my car at another dealer, I guess they didn't want my money at RT 2 hyundai....NO PROBLEM, Ill take it somewhere else.... I had a great experience this past Friday. I walked in upside-down with my BMW to trade for a lower payment, not ever thinking I would be able to DECREASE my payments/gas/car insurance by about $400-500/m upside-down with my BMW to trade for a lower payment, not ever thinking I would be able to DECREASE my payments/gas/car insurance by about $400-500/month.
