I purchased a silverado from this dealership and less that 6 months Took my silverado 3500 to get the trailer break module fixed, at first they tried to not honor the warranty, but eventually said yes an that 6 months Took my silverado 3500 to get the trailer break module fixed, at first they tried to not honor the warranty, but eventually said yes and I had to take it back in when the part arrived. A few weeks later the part arrived I took it in and the service rep Chris, said it shouldn't take long. And that's where the nightmare began. I waited there for 4 hours before questioning how much longer it's going take. Chris didn't have a clue. A few days later, picked up my truck.that Chris said was fixed. Took it home and tried starting it the next day and it was malfuncting. Wouldn't stert and brake lights weren't properly working. When I took it back in. Chris was the rep and has me playing phone tag and talking in circles. He told me he needed to talk to the manager, said they think it's an electrical issue, at one point he mentioned that they had their master certified mechanic looking at it. He said there's only 1300 or so master certified in the whole nation. Yet still they didn't know the problem. After another week I called and this time Chris tells me that they figured out problem and are ordering the be module. Another week goes by and I call Chris tells me the part came in and they are hoping to have it fixed today. So as of today, it's still not fixed. My Frustration is beyond measure, this has been going on for over a month. And throughout this whole ordeal, The service rep said he would call back before the day is over. He called twice! Hi initiated all calls every other time. And it wasn't like I was calling every day. Please I hope a manager checks the call log. On top of that I asked for a truck loaner and they weren't able to. Have not had a truck for over a month. And this whole process I've spoke with other staff there. They can verify I have not been belligerent or extremely upset. The customer service has been extremely pathetic and where is the quality control?? At this point, I just want the truck back how I brought it to them and I'll take it to a reputable dealer. More
I like to trade my Tahoes once the warranty mileage is reached, but was delayed in trading my 2018 due to COVID. Finally able to order a '22 and took delivery in December. A $950 "Protection Package" wa reached, but was delayed in trading my 2018 due to COVID. Finally able to order a '22 and took delivery in December. A $950 "Protection Package" was added to the price, which was supposed to include Weather Tech type floor mats. When I said I would rather not, was told it was not optional from this dealer. The mats weren't even available at the time. Fast forward eight months and I still don't have my floor mats. Have called and texted several times. Will find a new dealer for my next Tahoe in about 28,000 miles. More

I bought a used equinox 2020 off of you they didn't go over the hidden fees. If I had known about the hidden fees would not have bought it. My salesman was Mont MISOGYNISTIC , RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, HOSTILE. Would not recommend if you’re a women (especially of color) to go into this place. My salesman was Montana Kish who so happens to work with his DAD? Erik Kish. I was asked questions about my finances (in front of other customers) by Erik Kish who was not our salesman but felt the need to interrogate me from across the room. It was micro aggression after micro aggression with both of them. Montana Kish is obviously incapable of selling a car without his Daddy who happens to sit at the desk across from him “helping him” and asserting himself into every question and comment (regardless if he has customers himself) Montana Kish also laughed and rolled his eyes when I explained that I did not need a loan and would be putting most money down. We fortunately got approved through our bank for a lot more than I expected and wasn’t comfortable disclosing that info, once again Erik Kish *FROM ACROSS THE ROOM* decided to insert himself and say “how about you just tell us the number since you’ll be putting money down” AND LAUGHED!!!!! There was a point where Erik Kish got out of his desk walked over to the desk I was sitting at and LITERALLY stated raising his voice & become hostile to the point where I was literally frightened by how loud and nasty he was getting. Montana Kish then processed to tell us his dad is just “really passionate and knows everything about selling cars since he’s been doing it for 21 years”. Truthfully the price on the truck I wanted was very reasonable but how nasty I was treated is something I will never tolerate. Its 2020 I don’t understand why it’s still such a difficult thing for a women go buy a truck and not get spoken to like garbage and made fun of while trying to purchase. Might I add how SHADY it is that a son and father need to work together to make 1 sale on a truck. (they never disclosed they were family). More
Bad service experience I took my '18 Tahoe in for an oil change and tire rotation and requested 2 new valve stem caps as the rear tires were missing them. When I went to pi I took my '18 Tahoe in for an oil change and tire rotation and requested 2 new valve stem caps as the rear tires were missing them. When I went to pick up my car, I noticed the 2 rear tires still missing the caps. So I went inside to let my service adviser know I was still missing the caps on the rear tires, and questioned him on whether they had actually been rotated. Without asking anyone or confirming with the tech, he assured me that they had. Little did they know that I had had the left rear tire plugged a few months ago and happened to look for it when I got home. Sure enough, the tire with the plug was still the one on the rear/left side. Nothing like spending $80 for an oil change. If I were to go back to this dealer, which I won't, I would mark my tires in advance so that I knew for sure this BS didn't happen again. More
