This is the worst service department in the history of service departments. This clown show of a service department has turned a quoted 3-day fix for the back up camera in my Tahoe, into a month of chaos service departments. It turned out not to be the camera and now they are just throwing things at the wall to see what sticks. Bad wiring, bad HDMI cable, broken human interface mechanism, new software won't load and update, and now its a bad fuse box. Tomorrow it might be the snow in New York is bad, so the part they ordered can't get here. (actually that happened too) .Who the heck knows at this point. Good Lord, go back to mechanics school because y'all are terrible at your job. And all the while that they are fiddling around picking their noses, they are making you pay for a rental car every day, bc they don't care one bit about their customers or their lives. It is beyond frustrating and if you don't like wasting time, money, and brain cells talking to these zombie service people, I would highly suggest you Never Ever Ever, not even in an emergency, bring your car to this dealership. You've been warned. More
Brought in my 2013 Volt on a Thursday morning for a electrical systems diagnosis. They said it would only be a couple days. I did not ask ahead of time for a price estimate (this was my mistake, I shou electrical systems diagnosis. They said it would only be a couple days. I did not ask ahead of time for a price estimate (this was my mistake, I should have) because other Chevy shops do it for about 90 bucks so I just assumed it would be similar (again, my mistake). Didn't hear back from them until the next Wesneday when I messaged them. Rep said that the total would be 330. He said it would be 165 for a firmware update, which I didn't ask for, and presumably the other 165 for the actual diagnosis. I messaged further asking why they did not consult me before doing the firmware update. No response. I called the next day (Thursday) and asked the same question, why wasn't I consulted for next steps. I told him I could have just done the firmware update myself if that was the fix for my problem. He snorted and said that I couldn't have done it myself. (I could have, it's not hard.) The story changed from 165 for diagnosis and 165 for the update, to 165 for an engine diagnosis and 165 for an electrical systems diagnosis, and that they did the firmware update for free. How kind. Not having anything to solidly argue against I resigned myself to paying 330. I get to the dealership and the receipt says 392 after tax. I apparently also got charged 30 dollars for a "hazardous material" fee. For a diagnosis and a firmware update. They got my money but they won't get it again. Take the time to go to a different shop. Saving a few miles of a drive isn't worth hundreds of dollars. More

I purchased a 2023 Corvette for $12,000 over the MSRP, you would think that they would have a modicum of customer service, but that is not the case. It's next to impossible to reach anyone; nothing but v you would think that they would have a modicum of customer service, but that is not the case. It's next to impossible to reach anyone; nothing but voicemail and they have no operator. I spent $2000 on a protection package and no one can tell me anything about it. The salesperson Brandon Crawford was super evasive and told me that it was a product by Magnashield, but they are not MagnaShield dealers. Ten days after my check cleared the bank I still don't have any paperwork. I called the lady in the title department and she was extremely rude and told me that they were very busy. I would avoid this dealership! They were happy to take my money and leave me for freaking dead with zero Fs given. More

A few weeks later the part arrived I took it in and the service rep Chris, said it shouldn't take long. And that's where the nightmare began. I waited there for 4 hours before questioning how much longer it's going take. Chris didn't have a clue. A few days later, picked up my truck.that Chris said was fixed. Took it home and tried starting it the next day and it was malfuncting. Wouldn't stert and brake lights weren't properly working. When I took it back in. Chris was the rep and has me playing phone tag and talking in circles. He told me he needed to talk to the manager, said they think it's an electrical issue, at one point he mentioned that they had their master certified mechanic looking at it. He said there's only 1300 or so master certified in the whole nation. Yet still they didn't know the problem. After another week I called and this time Chris tells me that they figured out problem and are ordering the be module. Another week goes by and I call Chris tells me the part came in and they are hoping to have it fixed today. So as of today, it's still not fixed. My Frustration is beyond measure, this has been going on for over a month. And throughout this whole ordeal, The service rep said he would call back before the day is over. He called twice! Hi initiated all calls every other time. And it wasn't like I was calling every day. Please I hope a manager checks the call log. On top of that I asked for a truck loaner and they weren't able to. Have not had a truck for over a month. And this whole process I've spoke with other staff there. They can verify I have not been belligerent or extremely upset. The customer service has been extremely pathetic and where is the quality control?? At this point, I just want the truck back how I brought it to them and I'll take it to a reputable dealer. More
I like to trade my Tahoes once the warranty mileage is reached, but was delayed in trading my 2018 due to COVID. Finally able to order a '22 and took delivery in December. A $950 "Protection Package" wa reached, but was delayed in trading my 2018 due to COVID. Finally able to order a '22 and took delivery in December. A $950 "Protection Package" was added to the price, which was supposed to include Weather Tech type floor mats. When I said I would rather not, was told it was not optional from this dealer. The mats weren't even available at the time. Fast forward eight months and I still don't have my floor mats. Have called and texted several times. Will find a new dealer for my next Tahoe in about 28,000 miles. More

I bought a used equinox 2020 off of you they didn't go over the hidden fees. If I had known about the hidden fees would not have bought it.
