Typical dishonest used car dealership Once they sell you a car they refuse to communicate with you again. They sell you warranties that you never receive. You pay tax, title and registrati Once they sell you a car they refuse to communicate with you again. They sell you warranties that you never receive. You pay tax, title and registration but never receive any paperwork to get your tags. I called, emailed and texted multiple people at their company begging for info to register my car and no one would help. Six months later I am told they sent paperwork to the wrong town and it was returned to them. I now have over $800 I’m late fees to register my car that they refuse to pay. I was basically told I was stupid by the lady who handles registration and that I had to pay all late fees. Even though I have documented attempts trying to obtain info about my registration. They even sent me additional temporary tags but failed to mention they had sent paperwork to nearby town. They are rude, dishonest and do not stand by their word!! I am filing complaints with BBB, yelp, ripoff reports and any other consumer protection agency. I have emailed the finance manager “Mo” and others for the last time. RUN DONT WALK away from these guys! More
