They did a wonderful job on the repair and even footed the bill for an Uber to bring me down to pick up the car. What more can you ask of a dealership? Shame on me for not reading the reviews on Yelp first. My used SUV had a broken latch on the center council when I took possession of it, but it was in writing that they would replace it in the first 30-days of my owning it. Shouldn’t be problem... Wrong. Day one of owning it and it’s struggling to fire from a cold start. Take it to Autozone and find out the battery is going out. Of course, this isn’t covered under the swindlers’ 30-day “Maximum Certified Warranty.” $235 to replace the battery. “$235 with parts and labor,” I ask over the phone. “Yep, that’s installed.” Lies. Add on another $150 for labor when I pick it up. The air conditioning also went out in one week of owning it. This WAS covered under the warranty. It took TWO WEEKS to get the “right part” in and get it installed. Fixed? Sort of. The driver’s side vents blow ice cold. The passenger vents don’t - not at all and there’s still a very obvious leak on the passenger side. $100 paid to meet my “warranty deductible.” It took me a while 60-seconds to realize it hadn’t been fixed. Of course, now it’s outside of the 30-day warranty. Not that I would take it back to them at this point, anyway. Oh yeah, and the busted center council latch? They fixed it... by putting in a used center council and armrest that had leather so beat up that it looks like it came out of a junkyard. It’s truly unimaginable that this slimy car lot stays in buisness. More
