Awesome experience! It was our first time buying and financing a car and we had a better experience than we ever thought we would. Daniel was amazing and so was Clifford. Great, smooth purchasing experience. I stopped in at Maximum to look at a specific car that I saw online. The car was nicer than expected, so I decided to make the purchase. I had a trade I stopped in at Maximum to look at a specific car that I saw online. The car was nicer than expected, so I decided to make the purchase. I had a trade in and did some homework ahead of time. We agreed on the transaction quickly - an offer, one counter offer- done. I felt the price was very fair. Working with Dan during the sales process was a pleasure. Afterward the financing was a quick process and I was on the road sooner than expected. I have purchased many cars, and this was a top two experience. I would not hesitate to visit Maximum for another vehicle purchase. More

Just a bunch of liars and crooks Where to start with these folks? I bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler from these folks in August of 2016. This is my second Jeep and I love Jeeps (my other Jeep is sitting at 280k miles). Well, right before the holidays, the dreaded check engine light came on. I took it into the shop at the first of the year and it has been a nightmare since. AutoNation West deemed the car unrepairable and found out the Jeep restricted the warranty due to some type of accident, this was done in October 2013 and never made it to the carfax. After doing further research on my own, the previous owner wreaked havoc on the Jeep, clearly flooded it at some point, leaving me to pay the damage. I went down to Maximum seeing if they would be willing to help me out, seeing as they did sell me a Jeep that has more damage than I can afford. The extended warranty they offered me while buying the car will no longer cover repairs for this damage. I even sat down with Randy Ankeney (anyone wonder why his last name isn’t listed on the site?) and had him call Jeep and here straight from them that the Jeep was deemed a total loss in October of 2013 and he refused to do an even trade. He simply said he would trade the vehicle in for what it is worth (which is nothing because the Jeep is in limp mode). Do not buy a vehicle from these people. These crooks are in for a quick sale and are not willing to help their customers out when they come across a bad vehicle. More
Really nice cars I came in on a specific Audi. But they had so many amazing cars it was like being in a candy store. I ended up buying something completely different I came in on a specific Audi. But they had so many amazing cars it was like being in a candy store. I ended up buying something completely different than I came in on, but it was cool to have so many different types of cars to drive. The salesman Mike took the time to explain the features of the car, and made sure it was filled with gas before I left! The experience was low-pressure, definitely a different vibe than most dealerships. I'll be sending my friends and family for sure. More
Total Garbage I've bought many cars from dealers and I've had nothing but trouble and headaches with maximum auto. To start with, their financial department is a jo I've bought many cars from dealers and I've had nothing but trouble and headaches with maximum auto. To start with, their financial department is a joke. They sucker you in on selling an extended warranty you don't need by not completely explaining everything to you. When I asked if I had to pay for the warranty the guy tells me no, and that it comes with the bank loan... which I have to pay... So there goes an extra $3,100 on my bank loan, which explains why I had trouble finding a loan even with great credit. Secondly, their service department is terrible. When I got the car home, there was absolutely no oil registering on the dip stick. It took 2 quarts to bring it back up. They obviously didn't bother to check it. When i mentioned it to the service manager, he practically called me a liar. Lastly, they sold me a car that is unsafe to drive and WILL NOT fix it. I am jumping through hoops trying to get a new steering rack replaced after several visits and talks on the phone, but the manager keeps telling me the steering rack is in spec even though there is play, vibrations, and clunking coming from it. I even got a second opinion through a reliable and reputable Volkswagen shop that says on paper the rack is faulty and not safe. Still refuses to replace it. It's gone as far as me contacting the BBB, and hiring a lawyer to get this fixed. Do not buy a car here. More
Don't trust Adam or Cliff at Maximum Auto Search tl;dr: don't trust Adam or Cliff at Maximum Auto Search. My experience at Maximum Auto Search started off great. They had the specific car I was lo tl;dr: don't trust Adam or Cliff at Maximum Auto Search. My experience at Maximum Auto Search started off great. They had the specific car I was looking for and the price seemed to be somewhat reasonable (~$46,000). I filled out the contact form on their website and was quickly contacted by Adam and we agreed on a time to test the car. There was really no pressure from Adam to buy the car and I spent a couple weeks evaluating other options and even went for another test drive with Adam. After that, I asked to take the car for a private inspection (a must for any used car), which was an easy process with them. The inspection came back clean (other than needing scheduled service) and I negotiated the price with Cliff (the sales manager) accordingly. They weren’t willing to come down on the price very much, but when I told them I was leaving, they agreed to come up significantly on my trade in (which needed a lot of work). I had previously lined up my financing, so I thought purchasing the car would be a quick process. Working with their finance people was terrible. It literally took me a half of a day to get the car purchased. They had no clue about how to do outside financing; they said they were able to work directly with Westerra Credit Union, which they then found out they were not able to do. This resulted in me having to drive to a Westerra branch to get the letter of credit. Once I got the letter of credit back to them, they claimed that they didn’t know what to do with it (it had pretty clean instructions on how to get the money on the letter). They also claimed that they could beat Westerra’s rate, but after running my credit, they said they were not able to beat it (I should have known better). Once everything was signed, they gave me the key (yes - one key!). In addition to only having one key, they key they gave me was broken and held together with a rubber band. When test driving the car, I figured the rubber band was just from their key storage system or something like that. After complaining that I had just purchased a $46K only had one key, and a broken key at that, I was told by Cliff that the owner knew the previous owner and was going to get the other key from him. Replacement Mercedes keys are very expensive and had I know I would have getting ½ of a key, I would had pushed harder on the price. I’ve now had the car for about 3 weeks and Adam has stopped responding to my inquiries about the key. Up until this week he said they were in the process of getting it and he was going to get it for me. Now he’s unresponsive. More
Finance Went to this dealership twice first time the price wasn't low and they weren't working us to get a better deal. To me that's bad customer service. Aft Went to this dealership twice first time the price wasn't low and they weren't working us to get a better deal. To me that's bad customer service. After deliberating and looking at other cars even though we hadn't got the price we wanted we said we would go ahead and sign off on it. The first day we initially went we were told were approved after 2 hrs the second visit the finance department turns out entered my information incorrectly and turns out they won't approve so I left a very unsatisfied coustomer with they way that they handled the situation and all they could say was we will give you a call when we hear from the banks.
