I WOULD NOT SHOP HERE! LOOK AT YELP REVIEWS! VERY SHADY In my personal view, this business attempted to take out a key element of a contract we negotiated in regards to the purchase of a used automobile (in In my personal view, this business attempted to take out a key element of a contract we negotiated in regards to the purchase of a used automobile (in the guise of cutting us a deal). As we were signing the contract, we noticed that they removed the certification (de facto warranty) from the deal. They then tried to chalk it up as a misunderstanding. Phil Shumate, their own salesman apologized and communicated to us that he did not believe what happened to be a misunderstanding. They were simply hoping we wouldn't notice and would accept we were now not receiving a certification on a used luxury vehicle. He then brought the issue to the owner who declined to intervene. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and just want to ensure that customers are wary of conducting business with Maximum....Phil was great, but besides that I would recommend staying FAR away from this place! More

Buying experience Rocky did a great job for us while purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, really went above and beyond during the whole process. 3 weeks later I Rocky did a great job for us while purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, really went above and beyond during the whole process. 3 weeks later I have a missed call and a voicemail from the finance manager Randy who was extremely unprofessional claiming that our bank had no knowledge of the loan for the vehicle we purchased and that if we didn't get back to him by 5pm he'd have to call the cops and report the vehicle stolen. Keep in mind the day we purchased the vehicle Rockys manager spoke to our bank directly who guaranteed the loan, that's why we were able to leave the lot with the vehicle. Turns out there was a bit of a mix up and our bank wired them the money immediately. Needless to say no cops were needed!!! Because of Randy's unprofessional behavior we would not recommend this dealership. More

Not a place to buy a car at a good price. My wife and I went there to buy a car. we found the car we wanted. The car was over priced by 3000.00. there was water damage and a radio that yo My wife and I went there to buy a car. we found the car we wanted. The car was over priced by 3000.00. there was water damage and a radio that you can only get FM. We went to get our plates and was told that they had nothing on our car. We called the dealership and was told that still had our paper work in a desk drawer. They did send the paper work to us. We then went to DMV to pay the 1450.00 tax the dealership said we owed. Well the tax was only 560.00. I wonder what dealership was going to do with our other 900.00. Iwould never send my worst enemy there to buy anything. More

Rocky was super helpful I worked with Rocky and he was able to provide me photos, carfax and pricing of the Escalade I wanted, even the inspection report within 30 minutes I worked with Rocky and he was able to provide me photos, carfax and pricing of the Escalade I wanted, even the inspection report within 30 minutes of my call! The Escalade I wanted had 27,000 miles and passed the inspection with a 4.5/5 report (basically new), unfortunately it was out of my price range. However, Rocky went out of his way to help me find a similar car in my budget! ASK FOR ROCKY, 10/10 recommend buying your car through him More
