I had a problem with my 2001 Saturn which had to be dealt with by a GM dealer. Marlene Bobrowsky handled my job. This was in December of 2011 and after much much struggle for the service people to understand the problem (although my mechanic had provided a detailed write-up of the problem), it was ultimately repaired. I seemed to have the same problem yesterday and called this morning to leave a message for Marlene. I identified myself, my car, the job and when it had been done. I said I seemed to have the same problem and would like to make arrangements to come in for repair. When Marlene returned my call, the first thing she said was "We did that work over two years ago!" I said, "Yes, and so?" Marlene, "We only warranty for one year!" I was very off put and said I had never mentioned a warranty. I never said anything about holding them responsible. I only wanted to make arrangements. I was very upset at Ms. Bobrowsky's hostile, aggressive, non-customer-friendly attitude and will never, ever step foot in that dealership again, even if I have to drive 20 miles for service. More
Vivian was amazing helping me through an issue with my lease. Her assistance and friendly manner combined with the skills and expertise of the sales department reaffirmed to me that Martin is simply the b lease. I just moved to California and needed someone who serviced Buick. I did not have an appointment so I just used their drive-up service and it went fantastic. We already own on Cadillac but purchased a second one yesterday. David Jones was the salesperson who helped us. He was very familiar with the various models, friendly, outgoing, took us for a test driv yesterday. David Jones was the salesperson who helped us. He was very familiar with the various models, friendly, outgoing, took us for a test drive, very professional and worked with us on the price to be paid. He directed us to Vivian who handled the paperwork and informed us of various options available. She explained each and every document we signed, recommended various options, but no pressure from her to add anything. She was very familiar with the various options and answered all our questions. Since Marlene is our service writer, I asked her to give me her opinion on the new car to be purchased, asked her if present owners of the same model had any complaints and she highly recommended the car we purchased. These three people are professionals and we were more than pleased with the service we received from all of them. Martin Cadillac takes care of it customers. More

We decided to use the Costco Auto Program years, and our experience in purchasing from Martin Auto Group is not one of the best..... IT IS the best. We decided to use the Costco Auto Program and were referred to Martin Auto Group. It was one of several dealerships we planned to visit, since we had not made a decision on which make or model to buy. (We had narrowed it down to three). From the very first email to the initial face to face visit, Martin Auto Group was pleasant and not pushy as some of the others we dealt with ....some bordered on harassment. The Sales Representative, Joe Baba, was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. We were soon able to make a decision to buy and scheduled a return visit to complete the paperwork. On that return visit, we were met immediately, and escorted to our new vehicle, checked it inside and out...it was clean and ready to be driven away.....all we needed to do was complete the paperwork and even that was a breeze. Not having to haggle over the price was the best part. We were pleased with the entire experience and give Martin Auto Group a 100% satisfaction ranking. When the time arises we will do it again and will definitely refer Martin Auto Group to family and friends. More

I actually leased and routinely service my 2013 Cadillac ATS 2.0T. I used to work at a Toyota/Lexus dealer for 4 years and know the difference between a good and bad dealer. This is definitely on the good ATS 2.0T. I used to work at a Toyota/Lexus dealer for 4 years and know the difference between a good and bad dealer. This is definitely on the good side: efficient/prompt service, affordable, and low pressure. And in fact, Martin Cadillac is good enough a dealer that it could be a factor in the next car purchase even if I cross shop other brands at equally nearby locations. More
I have bought one xxx from Martin Cadillac and traded it in to lease an XTS. I guess for me it is the overall experience and the service advisors that keep me coming back. My sales guy left but Reggie is my in to lease an XTS. I guess for me it is the overall experience and the service advisors that keep me coming back.
