First let me start by saying, I Do Not Do Reviews, surveys whatever. But there comes a time in your life you have to let people know there are still honest, hard working, fair businesses out there. Martin Auto Group in Los Angeles, is one of the Good Guys. Do your homework, they'll do theirs, fairly. I went in with a price I wanted, what year I wanted, what mileage I wanted and even what color I wanted with a pre-approved loan at 18%. I came out with I the car I wanted, but four years newer, in the color I wanted, mileage 50,000 miles less, negotiated a great price with the monthly payments, less than I requested, and the cherry on the top.... 7.9% interest. All because of better than great sales and finance people. Do not waste your time going elsewhere or at least start here!!!!!!!!! Ask for Steve Estrella (I don't know if I suppose to say that, but oh well...) More
I have purchased my last cadillac from them and they are SIMPLY AN AWESOME TEAM AND SUPER FRIENDLY. Because of service rep Reggie Shelton our family continues to bring in all our cars for service. He always always goes over and beyond to help, he always expedites the return of our cars if it is po continues to bring in all our cars for service. He always always goes over and beyond to help, he always expedites the return of our cars if it is possible for him to do so, he is always fair and will never recommend service if it is not needed unlike other places. He always within the hour or so returns our phone calls and never ever leaves us hanging. When we have questions he takes alot of time to carefully explain everything so we understand the situation. if he was not there we'd not go as other locatuons are priced alittle less but becuase of our trust in him and his kindess we always return . We feel safe knowing our cars are over seen by Reggie. We hope the expansion does not happen as we fear if the service reps, especially Reggie go out of the immediate area we'd have a hard time getting to the location because of the traffic in the area that is already bad. We also hope prices go down some in the future, but if not as long as Reggie is there for us we will continue to go there. Ask for reggie when you need help and you'll be in good hands! (ps we are not wrtiing this because we are related to Reggie we are just appreciative of the things hes done for us in the past!!!) More

Our salesman, Greg, was not only knowledgeable and helpful, but also patient after a long day at work. My wife and I came into the dealership late one evening and the staff stayed well after closing to complete our transaction. Our finance consultant, Vivian, is an absolute treasure. What a valuable asset to the company. Vivian was always professional and has a finesse that is rare to find in a business like this. I have purchased over 10 vehicles and have never experienced a more smooth transaction. Even when we couldn't decide on the amount of mileage to purchase (on our leased vehicle), Vivian gave us several different options and helped us make an educated, intelligent decision. If I ever need another vehicle, or if anyone I know ever needs one, Vivian will be the first call...regardless of what make of vehicle I am purchasing. Thank you for a great experience! I’m not one to write reviews because my attitude is when you pay good money your service provider is obligated to provide good service. We all know however spending good money to receive good service doesn’ you pay good money your service provider is obligated to provide good service. We all know however spending good money to receive good service doesn’t always happen. I’m one of the lucky customers because at Martin Cadillac I have Mr. Reggie Shelton as my service advisor. I have what one might call an advanced working understanding of auto mechanics having in my younger years worked in an auto parts store, so when hearing Mr. Shelton’s advice and explanation of my service needs I know I am getting the advice of a consummate professional. Humorous side note: Mr. Shelton has the fastest typing fingers I have ever seen. I jokingly tell Reggie, he’ll overheat the computer’s circuitry trying to keep up with the speed he types. Back on the serious note: I’m from an era when customers could watch their car as its being repaired. Today you often see at auto repair shops signs reading “no customers beyond this point.” Mr. Shelton must be old school because not only has he introduced me to the mechanic for direct analysis, Mr. Shelton on several occasions has escorted me to the repair bay so I could personally see the repair needs he described. Even though my repairs are under warranty this level of customer service is first class. Did I mention on occasions when I had to leave one of my cars, Mr. Shelton always called before the end of the business day with a status report. I can’t tell you how comforting this is. My cars are a part of me. If my vote counts, I vote Mr. Shelton receive the next customer service reward. That’s my honest assessment and I’m sticking to it. Not to be remiss, I’d like to highlight two exceptional Martin Cadillac employees distinctive in their own right who should not be overlooked. Jerome in security, often the first person you encounter for Martin service always provides a hearty greeting and immediately links you with the person to address your needs. Andreas, always impeccably dressed well represented as Martin Cadillac’s emissary. Keep up the good work. More
