Worst service experience of my life. These people put nearly 40 miles on my car and when I checked the avg mpg it read 8. 8 MILES PER GALLON!!! They also gave it back with nearly an empty tank and it was dirty inside and out. The Service Manager, Tim Endo, denied all claims and offered me 1 free tank of gas - total slap in the face. The BBB gives them an F rating - avoid this place at all costs. You'd think that GM and Cadillac would want to make their customers happy considering their current economic climate, but these people really just don't care. Complete lack of professionalism, something you wouldn't expect from any Cadillac dealer. More
These guys leased me my saab station wago at their employee rate, and pulled every trick in the book to get me financed. We ended up leaving late on a weeknight, but everyone hurried to get it all the employee rate, and pulled every trick in the book to get me financed.
