This place does have a few nice people that work here. Well I kept going back and telling them my concerns and some old man at the Ogden location yelled at me in the parking lot calling me names getting in my face called me a low life and so on and yet he still works there and he did nothing but lie as well. So my check engine light came on mind you I'm a single mom my rents over 1.800 a month when I got the car I asked for the extended warranty they said they put me on it that was also a lie. So Thomas from the Ogden location said he was helping me but he never did he did nothing but lie the whole time and mind you I'm not asking alone just asked them to help me with the repairs that should have been made when I got the car john in Taylorsville told me he would wave all my fee's. And he has been nothing but rude to me and lie I have asked to talk to someone one higher-ups or the owner and they never let me speak to anyone I have ever mailed the owner well they told me that's how I could get a hold of a higher up or owner but yet a lie. They screwed me when I got the car never fixed what they said they would been nothing but abused by employees I'm 2 days late on my car payment and they are freaking out about that but won't do anything to help me. I have called the better business buro also have a lawyer and they also stole my car so I'm calling the cops apg called me yesterday and said they are trying to help me they would call me today with John and yet still has not helped me or called.. they play nothing but games and lie. The staff was nice to an extent, they kept pushing cars that we didn’t want and when we did agree to one of them and drove off the lot and went to gas station and found a meth pipe and they wouldn’t clean that we didn’t want and when we did agree to one of them and drove off the lot and went to gas station and found a meth pipe and they wouldn’t clean or do anything. Paid half of my payment a week early and went to pay the rest that was due but then was told I needed to pay the whole amount even though I’ve paid early and I’ve don’t that multiple times no issues before. One time I was double charged and wasn’t able to make next payment because they took 2 payments at the same time 2 weeks prior and wouldn’t accept one of those payments as a payment for current due. APG financial is a joke they’re customer service people are rude . I will never deal with any of them again and will not recommend to anyone. We tried to trade in car with Marcosian and their residual value is a joke you’ll be paying more than your car is worth. Tried getting a payoff amount if we were to pay off early and they wanted the full amount due even though we were already told that we paid our residual value off when we tried to trade it in 3-4 months prior to asking for the payoff amount.
