Terrible customer service We tried to purchase a car with cash here... got the ran around like a wagon wheel. Terrible communication, never received any calls with updates, di We tried to purchase a car with cash here... got the ran around like a wagon wheel. Terrible communication, never received any calls with updates, did not honor what was already negotiated after we gave them a check and it cleared.... The director was just as clueless as the associates. I worked in customer service for almost 20 years. First rule, it doesn't matter if the client purchases a 3000 or 30,000 product, you treat everybody the same. This dealership does not operate by those means. My word of advise, give your money to worthy business that wont try to tap dance all over you. More

They are amazing! First of all I like that when you walk in everyone is so friendly & they don't give the vibe of sharks trying to get a sale from you.They all seem lik First of all I like that when you walk in everyone is so friendly & they don't give the vibe of sharks trying to get a sale from you.They all seem like family.Anyway, it was my first time buying a new car back in February.Eric really listened to what I wanted and showed me a few cars that matched my criteria.I chose a 2011 Honda Civic, I love my car! The thing that really made me love this place is that they called me a few days later & gave me great news, they had found a better loan with lower payments! Being a single Mom this was my main goal! I've been back to get my front license plate holder put on and an oil change.Drew was so very helpful in the service department, he made sure I was ok and even went out of his way to get my one year old paper & markers to keep her busy while we waited.Thank you all at Mac Churchill Automall! More

HUGE waste of time! I called on a Wednesday and talked to Chanel about a specific used truck that I was interested in. I scheduled an appointment for Saturday to come loo I called on a Wednesday and talked to Chanel about a specific used truck that I was interested in. I scheduled an appointment for Saturday to come look at THAT truck. I told her Saturday was the only day I could make it because I live 2 1/2 hours away. Since Wednesday I have received 4 e-mails and 2 phone calls from Chanel and Eric (including a phone call and e-mail the morning of the appointment). Not until I showed up did they tell me that the truck had ALREADY BEEN SOLD! Of course they tried to get me to shop around with them, as if I couldn't shop around at 100 other dealerships closer to home. Just under 300 miles and 6-hour round trip for their complimentary bottle of water. More
