Best Experience Ever!!!! I worked with Thadius who was very nice and courteous. He took his time and answered all of my questions. He was not pushy at all. He let me know what all of my options were and did not force me on one choice with a car or with my options to buy. I was not there a very long time and it felt more like I was grocery shopping than making a life altering decision. That's how other stores made me feel. Thadius is the best! More

harrassing calls continue Events of end of Aug 2015 and still continuing... I am amazed at the unethical sales tactics of the Mac Churchill Auto Group. Over a four day period Events of end of Aug 2015 and still continuing... I am amazed at the unethical sales tactics of the Mac Churchill Auto Group. Over a four day period I had 4 phone contacts about a specific vehicle from their internet website, and was assured the vehicle would be ready for me to test and consider. Driving to Fort Worth, we were called again to confirm the appointment. When I arrived at the Auto Group the salesman I had an appointment with was not available so another offered to help. We informed him we were there to see the Jeep and was assured he was aware of what we were seeking, and all was ready for a test drive. The salesman's first priority was requiring us to fill out an authorization to allow a credit check, copy our drivers license, and pass the paperwork on to someone else. Around 45 minutes to an hour went by and we were told they were going to get the vehicle so we waited in the showroom. Imagine our surprise when we were expecting a red Jeep Liberty, and a black unwashed, dirty, unsanitary, trash and food waste filled black Ford Expedition was driven to us. This wasn't what our appointment was for. I was then informed that the Jeep had been sold the previous Saturday. I wasted a trip to Fort Worth to see a vehicle that had been “sold” the previous Saturday (baited) and (switched) offered a vehicle that was not in the criteria I was looking for. After this fiasco I posted a negative review that resulted in numerous contacts from sales team denying this occurred, and stated vehicle was still on lot awaiting auction. So either the vehicle was “sold” or “on way to auction”, but in either case it was not available to me at my appointment. I became concerned whether my credit history had been run and who had that information. I called to ask if my credit history had been run. Mac Churchill's financial department informed that they could not tell me over the phone for security reason. In my opinion this was an event that I felt could make me prone to identity theft. I tried to settle this via phone calls, but was unable to receive any clarity. I asked to speak to the sales manager and was sarcastically offered to drive down again to see the vehicle before the auction and the sales manager would “personally”refund my gas money. This wasn't about money but integrity and clarity. I posted a negative review on Cars. com, BBB, Yelp, and Facebook. Years ago I met Mac Churchill when he was with another company and worked with my mother. I remember having an impression of Mac being a person of high moral character, and was ashamed for his name associated with the tactics that his team used. High pressure, easy quick promises, encouraging expectations, and followed up by bait and switch. As the next weeks went by numerous phone calls were received attempting to sell me a vehicle even after I informed the team I had already purchased a vehicle. Customer service rep became involved and informed her that the calls had become harassing, and bothersome. After a couple of contacts with the rep, I was insured my credit had not been run, and all my information removed, and I would receive no further phone calls. Mac Churchill Auto followed up asking me if I if I was happy with my experience, and about the vehicle I had (not) purchased from them, one I had not seen, nor purchased . Yet the internet still showed for that vehicle for sell on their ads. Finally the head of customer relation called in response to my efforts to end the calls. I was insured that my information was deleted and all calls would stop. It's now October, and Saturday at approximately 530 pm the salesman called to tell me they had just received a vehicle like I had been seeking and would I like to make an appointment to come see it. I asked to speak to his manager and was told repeatedly his phone could not transfer calls. When I called back to speak to someone in “authority” I was told that maybe the phone couldn't transfer because he could have called from his cell phone. I expressed my disbelief by telling him I had just returned the call using the caller ID number the salesman had called from....What does it take to get me off your call list? So far NO one at your business has kept their word. Any moral fiber in this establishment? Is anyone actually reliable? Come on Mac, is it really that hard? More

I called month after month got several excuses waiting on parts, change in people working. My truck starter went out IN JUST 4 MONTHS!!! I asked about the minor issues that was promised to be fixed. Now all of a sudden no one has a record of what was promised. BASICALLY the sales rep Joel Martinez lied to get the sale. Look at other reviews this Dealership is not Right. I am seriously looking for legal advise or WILL be calling the news to report this Dealership. Then they had the nerve to tell me they can give me the parts at discount. So basically your charging me for what was promised would be fixed. I would have never purchased my truck from there if I new they were Crooks, liers, deceivers and plain rude. Personal remembered me and my family. But just because their sales rep JOEL MARTINEZ did not do this job I'm stuck with a vehicle with issues that was promised to be fixed. More

Bought a truck with intentions of trading in our vehicle, never informed our trade in wouldn't be used as a trade in, in the contract. 2 months later got a letter saying we were late on the original vehicle. Called the dealership and were then told that it wasn't used as trade in. Went to make arrangements to pick up our other vehicle & it was nowhere to be found. Called police to make a stolen vehicle report only to find out it had been towed from a CVS parking lot. The police had luckily dealt with this "same situation" the week prior & drove to a hotel parking lot where they found the other individuals vehicle. The car had been impounded and had no key. Had to pay nearly $800 to get my "traded in" vehicle towed to my house only to find that it was locked and a locksmiths lockout kit inside in the back seat. Trash all on the inside and ashes on steering wheel. Dealership said they had no way of even knowing the car was on the lot. I had proof stating it had been there and they were the last people in possession of the key. Very crooked group of individuals. The "manager" Daniel was so rude and hateful to me. I have never had such a bad experience and have never been spoken to so disrespectful. I am however very thankful that Jennifer stepped in and spoke to me because she was the only person with any decency. She is a great person to have at the dealership. Even the GM wouldn't respond to me or my email. My car was basically stolen from their lot by one of their own employees and they refuse to recognize it or even help out. After buying a $50,000 truck from them, they have really disappointed me. Do not go to this dealership unless you want to deal with rude, arrogant people. Our salesman was great & he no longer works there. More
