Took my drivers license, had trouble getting it back This event happened at Mac Churchill AutoMall. I went in looking for a specific vehicle. Instead of just showing me the vehicle, they wanted informa This event happened at Mac Churchill AutoMall. I went in looking for a specific vehicle. Instead of just showing me the vehicle, they wanted information and then took my drivers license. Other dealerships do that before a test drive. They will take a copy and return it. This dealership took my license and disappeared. Again I had never even seen the vehicle. After waiting 15 or 20 minutes, I got up to go ask for my license. I was told it was taking a while to "run" it. They didn't want to return it until I insisted. Visited Sewell Cadillac and Texas Motor Cars that day. Both professional and easy to work with. This was absolutely crazy. In addition while I was sitting there they were quoting some lady 18.95%. Avoid this dealership. More
