Promise the moon, follow thru is not great. Salesman promises were not followed thru, didn't fill up the vehicle, didn't give us all the paperwork and left the parking lot before we did. Took my drivers license, had trouble getting it back This event happened at Mac Churchill AutoMall. I went in looking for a specific vehicle. Instead of just showing me the vehicle, they wanted informa This event happened at Mac Churchill AutoMall. I went in looking for a specific vehicle. Instead of just showing me the vehicle, they wanted information and then took my drivers license. Other dealerships do that before a test drive. They will take a copy and return it. This dealership took my license and disappeared. Again I had never even seen the vehicle. After waiting 15 or 20 minutes, I got up to go ask for my license. I was told it was taking a while to "run" it. They didn't want to return it until I insisted. Visited Sewell Cadillac and Texas Motor Cars that day. Both professional and easy to work with. This was absolutely crazy. In addition while I was sitting there they were quoting some lady 18.95%. Avoid this dealership. More
