Stay away from this dealership! Bought an 08 jeep wrangler , didn't tell me they only had 1 set of keys until after purchase. When I got home the oil cap was missing, called back to inform them and got a smart xxx manager who told me they might order me a new one but I would have to drive up there first ( 50 miles) told me "they sell used cars and don't just sell jeeps bro" basically hung up on me. Finance manager was a jerk also. Should have trusted my gut and ran while I could. But I let them shove it down my throat. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever purchased from. More

Cons: Great orchestrated team work to confuse buyers. so that they will forget which car they got in mind. No room for negotiation. 100% or more profit making attitude. to keep their teak wood furnished facility intact. Their customer service is deceiving. Their practice of keeping your DL in their office until you go doesn't seem friendly. Hope the management does something about this. If at all i would recommend this dealership (I wouldn't but), i would do to buyers with a Fat Wallet. A genuine buyer. More

Our major issue is that several items were mentioned that the salesperson would do everything in his power to get for us.....Before they got the check from our lender. Then, it seems, that they were no longer even possible-some were really simple, such as an operating manual for the vehicle we purchased. So as mentioned earlier, if you decide to buy a pre-owned vehicle (and it may be true for new also) with this dealership, please get everything in writing or only present them with the check after you see that they have done everything in their power to get the items of concern for you. And be especially cautious of tires on vehicles. More

After 30 minutes i asked to see the vehicle i came in to see. They told me they had to see my trade in first. I told them no and then asked to just see the vehicle. They told me i had to give them my license just to see a vehicle. I told them no and walked out. Dont fall for it people. They have all your info once you give them your license. All dealers are going to this unfortunately. You only have to give that to drive one. One of the worst dealer experiences ive had and will tell everyone i know not to go there. More
I found my yellow Corvette. I was searching on autotrader.com and found the exact Corvette I was looking for at this dealership, so I sent a e-mail for more information and was c I was searching on autotrader.com and found the exact Corvette I was looking for at this dealership, so I sent a e-mail for more information and was contacted by Bradley Booker who was able to supply me with all the information that I needed. I live in Louisiana which is 350 miles away from the dealership, so I made a deposit on the vehicle and scheduled a time to pick up the Corvette and complete the sale. When I arrived at the dealership I was met on the parking lot by another salesman who was very friendly and directed me and a friend who came along to drive my other vehicle back home to the showroom, gave us a cold bottle of water and a comfortable seat while he contacted my salesman. Wow, now it's time to see this beautiful yellow Corvette that I came for, it was just what I wanted and was promised over the phone along with a full tank of gas. Bradley did a good job of showing and explaining all the details of the car to me, now I meet Gary the guy who closes the deal all was good there, after I get back home I contact a lady in the office about some paperwork she mailed, her name is Florence and it was my pleasure for her to assist me. Quick Purchase I came in during my lunch hour to just look at a vehicle that I saw on Auto Trader. The sales team took my driver's license and keys so that I was com I came in during my lunch hour to just look at a vehicle that I saw on Auto Trader. The sales team took my driver's license and keys so that I was completely trapped until I purchased a vehicle. I ended up having to take a 1/2 day of vacation. Thankfully I have been pleased with the car I purchased but I was so confused and worn out from the process that I really didn't know how much I paid or the deal that I had made. Everyone there is very nice, but I have never been so high-pressured in my life. More
