He made me feel very comfortable and catered to me and my wants considering i am a very picky person, He was very patient with me and i didnt feeled like i was being rushed. Recommend doing buisness with this dealer. Car buying and negotiating has never been my favorite thing to do. Our sales person, Bradley Booker, was well knowledge on the different models on the lot and understanding with our needs and concerns. After we decided on a vehicle, there was quite a bit of back and forth on the price negotiation. To me this is just part of the car buying experience. I am looking to get the best price and the dealer is in business to make money. Bradley and then Brittany Luna were involved in the negotiation. Both were very professional and patience with us. After all was said and done, my wife and I got a very nice car at a price that I feel was at a fair price to both the dealer and ourselves and a fair price for our trade in. I will go back to Bradley and Brittany again for my car buying needs and recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a car. Dan Altschul More
A Great Car Buying Experience! My wife and I were pleasantly surprised when the Finance Dept. did not "Stick it to us". After we had checked out a car we liked' we took it home and My wife and I were pleasantly surprised when the Finance Dept. did not "Stick it to us". After we had checked out a car we liked' we took it home and the next morning they called us saying the had a better deal. When we got the they showed us a car two yrs newer, less than half the miles of our 1st choice, as well as lower payments at a lower interest rate. When they returned it, there was new damage to the bake. I calmly expressed my concern, and they denied it. Two of the sales reps said that they did not remember the damage, but when the GM showed up the atmosphere became hostile. He basically engage in the cover up mode by insulting the vehicle and basically calling me a liar. I tried to call the following day to appeal to their moral side. Their moral side does not exist. Not only did they damage my vehicle, they added insult to injury by calling me a liar. Mean rude hatful people. Run away from them. More

In my experience of buying cars for the past 18 years, I have never ever been disrespected and dealt with in a such a shame-full manner. They are lying thieves. Brittany Luna and Tony Coons, avoid these idiots they are worthless, lying cheats. I bought a SUV from them, it was in the dirtiest condition. I have never bought a car from a dealer or a private seller that was in a such disgusting condition, it was not detailed or cleaned. There were few other issues with the car such as missing keys, Floor mats, books, etc. I was in a hurry, we picked up the car and we were promised a full detail, extra keys, floor mats and all the other things you expect to hear. When the time came to set an appointment for these services, they made excuses and avoided my calls and completely disregarded any promises made. 2 Weeks later I showed up to the dealership and so they could not avoid me, they were forced to send me to the Acura store in ft. worth, where i sat for 4 hours and finally got a loner. They kept me SUV for 2 weeks, the only action performed was the extra keys, nothing else. The car was returned to me in the same dirty condition with food stains all over the vehicle, no regard for customer service at all. If I am buying a 30k car, I expect some level of professionalism. I asked the service manager and I was told that Automall specifically told them to not detail the car. To this day, it has been 2 months, I don't have my carpet floor mats, I do not have the cars manual, and other minor issues taken care of. DO NOT give these people your business, take it elsewhere, you will regret having bought a car here. I will never let anyone I know buy a vehicle from this dealership or any other stores owned by these people. Disgraceful, disgusting, disrespectful, liars, and thieves, those are the top 5 words that come to mind when Mac Churchill Acura / Automall comes up in a conversation. Of course I have better words to describe them, but they are not suitable for a public forum. Get everything in writing and even then, they will not honor it. More

Now my experience there was unspoken the greatest experience but the finance manager topped it off, i gotta say i boughten a few cars before and my experience with armando in the finance department was the funnest he made it so easy and fun that i was in and out in no time. i will so recommend this place!! More
