Are they serious? The Nerve So here I am yet AGAIN with another bad review! These people are so unorganized and so full of lies and major CRAP!!! DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!!! So after my first horrible experience with this place, I wrote a bad review warning people of the scam these folks are trying to pull. They approved and promised us zero down no co-signer nothing...zero down guaranteed was promised to us for a vehicle, in which we were approved online for prior getting there. We get there and they show us a car, says the bank approved us all we need are signatures to complete the sale. To good to be true? Yup! You got it! Defiantly, all LIES. So after having to get a ride up there, them telling us we can tell our ride to leave because we will be driving home with the new car we are about to sign for, we were told that we need to come up with money down. After promising zero down and saying the bank defiantly approved us...blah blah blah... We were left waiting like fools in the parking lot with our kids for our ride to come back to pick us up. No one even offered a ride for the trouble they caused or nothing. So Jennifer Hiner replied back to my review in which I contacted her back. She agreed that the way we were treated was unprofessional and that the sales guy shouldn't have promised such a thing with out honoring it. Even though she sounded aggravated with what I was saying( I could hear her sighing on the phone like she was annoyed) I have to say, She did do what she could but, she said we still needed a Co Signer. Okay, that's fine...at least she was straight forward. I still felt they should have honored what was promised but at least she looked into it for us like she said she would and like I said was upfront. I can totally respect that. So I left it alone. Almost a month later... We get a call tonight from a girl from Mac Churchill Auto Mall AGAIN stating we were approved this time for 25,000 dollars and ZERO down No Co Signer at all, and what time would i like to come down there and look at a few cars they have selected for us. So my husband was like, "Oh really?" "Oh yes sir, (here we go again with this word) GUARANTEED" She had the nerve to say! Then my husband tells her "And go through what we went through last time?" She then asked, "What did you go through?"... He began to explain and she goes... "Uuuuuhhh" and hangs up!!! So we call back and there is no record of them calling us? Umm... Okay guess they got imaginary people working there now who also like to play games and waste others time because the number is in my freaking phone...are you serious????? You want me to send you a screen shot of it, because I can!!!!! Uuughh I'm so done with this place. Soooo done!!! I asked if Jennifer was around so I could let her know about what happened so it could be stopped, and after the receptionist said she was there she all a sudden was gone...Right!!! Sure she was...and I believe a bunch of liars too, right? Yea right! Anyways, PLEASE BE AWARE of this place. It would be a shame to have to change my number that I had for 9years just to get the harassing calls to stop. STOP CALLING ME PROMISING ME ALL THESE CRAZY LIES!!!!!!!!!
