She was very friendly, helpful, and most of all I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of like my experience at AutoNation. Unprofessional, Doesn't keep in touch. So my wife and i went in hoping to trade in our car last Thursday. Joe Simmons worked with us and did everything he could and we left driving off in o So my wife and i went in hoping to trade in our car last Thursday. Joe Simmons worked with us and did everything he could and we left driving off in our new SUV. Now a week later after calling multiple times to get our lender information so that we can put our new SUV on our insurance. I get a call from finance saying that the bank is going to back out if we don't send our bank statements. I emailed everything to joe days ago & he never said if everything i sent him was good or if he needed more. Actually i've emailed him and the financer multiple times and nobody ever got back to me. Called multiple times and was given the run around. First the financer was busy, then he had left for the day. Then i asked to speak with anyone in finance to see what was going on, the girl on the phone said "oh i can't find anyone right now!" Then i called Joe and he was busy with a customer and said "I'll take care of it, and make sure someone gets back to you!" Nobody ever got back to us. So now after sending all the necessary information, i'm a sitting duck waiting to see if the SUV i've been driving for a week and put 2000 down on is even mines to keep. I am thankful that Thadius although he wasn't our salesman or financer, took the initiative to call and let us know what was going on, if it wasn't for him we'd probably still be waiting on a call. More

Below Average Greasy Car Dealership This was an absolute embarrassing experience. I called to schedule an oil change, the guy on the phone asked if he could drop his name to sell my comp This was an absolute embarrassing experience. I called to schedule an oil change, the guy on the phone asked if he could drop his name to sell my company some sort of product...? Upon showing up 5 minutes early on the service drive, I did not have anyone greet me for 11 minutes, so I walked inside and had to search for someone to finally help me. While waiting, I decided to check out the showroom to kill some time, until an assistant sales manager asked, "What are you here for?" He didn't shake my hand or ask for my name, but he felt like it was necessary to spit out his sales "accolades" for no reason and gave me a card to call him when I'm ready.. Overall, they did not do anything right from a customer service experience point of view. More
