The staff at Lou Sonh Kia of Newnan went above and beyond. Tamika & Amanda answered all of my questions explaining in detail every answer they gave. Visited Lou Sobh KIA in Newnan, and their customer service is TOP TIER. They say the atmosphere of any business begins with who's in "charge," and I must say seeing the General Manager ( Quinten Ja service is TOP TIER. They say the atmosphere of any business begins with who's in "charge," and I must say seeing the General Manager ( Quinten Jackson) reaction with his staff/colleagues was absolutely amazing to witness. All employees from the receptionist, sales, service, and finance ALL are very professional. So, if you are looking to purchase a vehicle for yourself or that new graduate from high school or college and live near the Kia Lou Sobh in Newnan, GA. I totally recommend you pay them a visit. So you can experience what I have. I also witnessed that when customer arrived, their salespeople weren't rushing towards their possible new KIA owners. Memorial Day is just around the corner. Pay them a visit. You will not regret it. More
