I’m enjoying my new car. Everything was great until after the sale of course. Terrence told me that he would get the 2nd key from the previous owner and send it to me. Of cou Everything was great until after the sale of course. Terrence told me that he would get the 2nd key from the previous owner and send it to me. Of course he told me this after I had signed everything. I followed up a week later and now it’s my responsibility. I felt completely disregarded. He told me I would have to just pay for a new one since the previous owner hasn’t brought it back. That’s your problem not mine. Every car I have purchased came with 2 keys. My sister loved my car and wanted the same one but we’re looking elsewhere I don’t recommend this place. They don’t seem to care about their customers. They just want the sale. Careful with the guy finance guy in the back that closes the deals. He’s sneaky I think his name is Steve. More

If you’re looking for a full-day commitment and a truly immersive dealership experience, I highly recommend Kia of Newnan. Start your day by coming in, negotiating a deal, and even shaking hands on it w immersive dealership experience, I highly recommend Kia of Newnan. Start your day by coming in, negotiating a deal, and even shaking hands on it with the sales associate and (presumably) a manager. Don’t worry; they’ll make you feel confident everything is locked in. Next, go ahead and: • Transfer your insurance • Get your funds lined up • Mentally commit to the vehicle Then sit back and enjoy about 6 hours of your time being slowly invested into the process. Just when you think you’re done, you’ll unlock the grand finale: a visit with the finance manager, where the real fun begins. Watch as the agreed-upon price and financing terms magically change; by a lot. It’s like a surprise twist ending, except you’re the one paying for it. In the end, you’ll walk out with no deal, a completely wasted day, and a new appreciation for how valuable your time actually is. So if that sounds like your kind of experience, definitely check out Kia of Newnan!!! More
