Signed up for an appointment online and never got a confirmation email. I tried to call the dealership the day before to confirm and no one in service would answer. Finally got a confirmation via text confirmation email. I tried to call the dealership the day before to confirm and no one in service would answer. Finally got a confirmation via text the evening before. Dropped my car off in the morning about 8:30am. Got no phone call, no text, no contact until I called the line and had them send a text to me at 3pm saying my car was done. When I picked up my car, it still was dirty/had salt on it even though the paperwork said I got a complementary wash. Been leasing/buying cars from here for years and this by far is the worst service experience I have ever had. More
