Great service Stopped in for an oil change before work. Made the appointment online just two days prior. I was assisted immediately when I drove in. The staff were Stopped in for an oil change before work. Made the appointment online just two days prior. I was assisted immediately when I drove in. The staff were friendly, I got free coffee and snacks, a comfy place to sit and charge my laptop while checking work emails and before I knew it, the car all done. Loved the complimentary car wash and vacuum-didn’t even have to request it. I will be back. More

I can't describe it. I was not at Lou Fusz Kia. I originally contacted Lou Fusz Buick for repairs and was sent to the Collision Center. I picked up my car after 10 days I was not at Lou Fusz Kia. I originally contacted Lou Fusz Buick for repairs and was sent to the Collision Center. I picked up my car after 10 days but had to return it the next day. There was a problem that they couldn"t fix. They are going to send it to the dealer for help. It's back to a rental car. --- such stress and total inconvenience. More
