Ford Livermore will be hands down the most inconsiderate most unprofessional business you ever have to deal with in your life. They are not professional and lies to customers. Take your service elsewhere. I gave my Ford Edge on 12/30/2019 to check break and regular service. They told me they will get back me by 3 PM. NO calls till 4 PM. I called back many times, got a message like need to change ABS unit, Sensor is not working properly. If I am OK, they will order the part now and will give my car tomorrow (12/31). I said OK, please proceed. Waiting for next day - No calls / updates from Service team till evening. Again called back, phone has been ringing 15 minutes , no one cares , transferred 6 times finally got a voice mail . No call back . Send text message. got a reply after sometime, will give my car ONLY after 2 days, (01/02/2020). They have no courtesy vehicle. We have to wait till the date! There is NO other option for me. I said OK. On 01/02, again called ... As usual NO updates, nobody answering !, texted again .. evening got a reply. They can not deliver today , will try to deliver on next Monday !!!! I have requested them to return back my car, will check with other Ford service center. Finally got my car today (01/03/2020) with so many extra added amounts. I have requested them to do some discount / favor for these troubles that I faced. They are not at all listening to our concerns - You have to pay what ever billed in the final invoice.! They are looking for your money. Not at all care about the customer care. I am still not sure, how they got this much stars ratings here. THEY ARE NOT DESERVING AT ALL. MAY BE THESE HIGH STAR REVIEW ARE FAKE. I am going to complaint the same to FORD company and see what is their response. These people are spoiling Ford companies brand value, Ford company should have to take proper action against this service center. One final request to Livermore FORD, Be honest and transparent - tell the truth. I am really disappointed with my experience with you , Livermore Ford. More

We started the truck search working with Benjamin who was excellent, no pressure and very knowledgeable on the F-350(Spent less than 30 minutes on the lot). We circled back 2 days later and Brandon (Ben was off) started running around working on a quote in Benjamin's absence (All via email and text). Numbers looked good on a different model (F-450)so I decided to go to the dealership to test drive the following day. Albert (Albie) called me and told me he would meet me at the dealership and be his contact. Truck will be ready to go for test drive. I arrived met Albie and took a ride. The transaction was one of the smoothest Ive ever had. I hate spending time sitting in a dealership (I try to do everything online). Time was minimal and Albie jumped through hoops to help make it seamless. He made sure the recall was complete on the truck. I completed everything in less than 2 hours. My truck wasn't ready (in detailing) so Albie suggested I go home and he will deliver the truck to my house. In all my years I've never had a dealer "Deliver" the vehicle to my door (7PM in the dark). Most impressive was knowledge of the product. Ben knew the F-350 and Albie knew everything about the 450. Extremely professional. Also, the gentleman in finance was very professional. 1st time I never had someone try to hard sell me on extras. Nice job guys! More
