Stay away! HORRIBLE experience I would stay clear of this dealership. My husband and I went in this am very excited to look at a vehicle yes we had a trade in but very little negative equity. Never have I been to a lot where they were so unwilling to make a sale THEY WOULDN'T BUDGE A $1. We were pre approved through our credit union. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Chris was absolutely no help and very unprofessional. Lesson learned stay away from this LOT! More

I bought a used 2008 Cadillac Escalade from this dealership and I can tell you with all certainty that they sold me a car that they KNEW had problems. I had to have the engine mount replaced after having the car for only 3 months. They would not cover the cost, so I paid $700+ for the repair. Now just 3 month later, I am having the same problem. On top of this, they charged me $800 for a paint protection service that they never provided. I called several times, they never called to book the appointment to have the service done. I requested my money back, and they refused to refund me. I might need to seek an attorney but I felt that it was important to share my experience with potential buyers. You are better off driving 20 or 30 miles away to another dealership if you have to because these guys could careless about you, they just want your money. DISGUSTING! More

Saliman Ehsan refused to honor an agreement made before we purchased a car from this dealer, responding to my inquires with offensive comments, followed by completely ignoring me, alleging that the "fix" w we purchased a car from this dealer, responding to my inquires with offensive comments, followed by completely ignoring me, alleging that the "fix" was very cheap and so that I should take care of it myself. Considering this was agreed before the purchase, I think we all know who's cheap. The worst part is not the costs, but Saliman's rudeness and refusal to follow up with what we agreed. More
