Sales Manager Jason Taylor and salesman Joe Fogarty did a great job on my new Ford F-150 order despite the lengthy lead time from the factory. Both gentlemen where professional and courteous throughout the process and the closing of the transaction. Listedd Honda Odyssey at $21,999. Invited us to see the car but then told us it was not ready when we went there. Gave false promise that it would be ready in a few days and we would be the first to get called. Then increased the price by $2k after 2 days and sold it without giving me a call back. However I still feel uncomfortable about the price reduction: a few things were re-entered back on when paperwork was completed. I questioned this and the explanation was not convincing. I am still trying to get the registration fee the dealer charged even though my trades registration said "Except" on registration fee's as I am 100% disabled Veteran. Dmv will take forever in returning the $647.00. Should not been collected. All I can offer is take your time and ask questions before signing the contract. Qs the day wears down, so do you. More
