I made several requests to jhon l Sullivan to submit paperwork which they dident do. I ended up emailing a photo of my contract to Portfolio who then emailed it to jhon l Sullivan. These things were not handled correctly resulting in a lot of my time being wasted following up on things that Should of been handled correctly in the first place. I made many calls to the financial dept to resolve these issues they never resolved my problems I had to do it. More

Do not buy a car from them and do not purchase their dent care or any of their extended warranty services. They have been a nightmare to deal with.
