Once we got into town we took it into the dealership and they charged us $200 dollars to replace it when it should have been under the factory warranty. A few months later the trunk wouldn’t open. We took it in and this was covered under the warranty. We dropped the car off and was told they would fix it and it would be ready later that day. They call us and say the part to fix it needs to be ordered. They can’t get the part until next week so come and get the car and when the part comes in they will call us. So we go to pick the car up and the dealership lost the key. How does a dealership lose the key to a xxxx car? After a hour or so they say they need to call a locksmith to get a new key made and to come back tomorrow. The next day they call us and say the key is ready and waiting at the receptionist desk. We get there and the woman at the receptionist desk has no idea what we are talking about and says that they don’t keep keys at the front desk. For the next 20 minutes they are again trying to find the key to the car. Eventually a manager goes to the receptionist desk and finds the key. Week later we get the call that part is in and we can finally get the trunk fixed. We drop it off, after a few hours we are told it’s ready for pickup. I goe to get it and they tell me the part didn’t work and they need to send the car to another shop to see what the problem is. After a hour they get her a rental and say we will keep you posted on when your car is ready. Next day and every couple days after that we have to put air in the front tire of the rental. They gave us a rental with a slow leak in the front tire. Few days later the dealership calls to give me a update on the car. The update is there is no update, xxx. Couple days later she gets another non update, update. For the next week and half it’s silence we hear nothing. I finally calls to see what’s up with my car and no one calls her back. So we come to today and I’m fed all the way up and if you know me you know it takes a lot to get me upset. She calls and they have the nerve to say her car has been ready since last Tuesday. Are you kidding me? Last xxxx Tuesday! Lady says they left me a voicemail which is a bold face lie. This place is an absolute joke. I have bought my last 3 cars from there but I promise you there will not be a 4th. The professionalism and lack of customer service is appalling. More

Worst car buying experience I purchased a New 2019 Ram 3500 priced just under $80,000, and have had extremely poor service, communication and lack of resolution after many phone I purchased a New 2019 Ram 3500 priced just under $80,000, and have had extremely poor service, communication and lack of resolution after many phone calls. They denied losing a key fob, denied failing to process the registration, and have still not completed the paperwork, after 3 months. I have sent a complain though BBB and through the CA DMV. When we entered we told the salesman what we needed, a diesal truck with 4.0 gear ratio, he had no idea what a gear ratio or bed length was. They showed us several vehicles which were too small. They stated they did not have any used trucks, which was a flat out lie. According to the DMV website they have also failed to process the registration and tags which was over $1,200. I have since moved out of state and cannot afford/refuse to pay duplicate registration fees. I hope they close down, as the sheer incompetence is astounding. More

I I have unfortunately had the misfortune to deal with your Jeep Chrysler dealership in Yuba City on several occasions. The first time was my fault. I fell for the long con. I needed a new vehicle and my wife had seen Jeeps on sale for just under $17,000. A quick investigation revealed that this would not work for me. I explained to the salesperson that I commute 100-miles round trip, so I needed something that got well over 30 MGP. I also explained that traffic was getting difficult, so I would like something with adaptive cruise control. I expressed on more than one occasion that I need to keep my payment under $300 a month as I was hoping to retire soon. The sales lady managed to give us the run around till well after lunch her and her manager wanted to show us one last car and were desperate to take us to lunch but my wife and I wanted to have a little time to talk amongst ourselves, so we promised to return and see the car they wanted us to see. Upon returning to the dealership, they showed us a used Chrysler 300 that had all the bells and whistles. I took it for a test drive and I had never driven such a car before. I made the biggest impulse decision that I will ever regret when they talked me into buying that car. It is beautiful and great to drive. I got home and went to work the next day and immediately regretted what I had done. It wasn’t bad enough that I was paying $200 dollars a month more than I wanted to, the gas mileage was less than 30 MPG. The adaptive cruise control had failed on me twice in the 50 miles to my work. It happened again on the way home. My wife took the car into the service department so they could see what the problem was. They said the Bezel was broken on the sensor for the camera. They ordered a new one said it would only take 20 minutes to install it when it came in. After about a week I received the call, it was in. I had to work so my wife took the car in. After what must have been at least 3 hours they return the vehicle to her. Both she and I were very upset; as this is just adding to my disgust with the vehicle. To make matters worse, the next day on the way to work I turned on the adaptive cruise control and it goes out. When I call the service department back I’m told to bring it back in and they would look at it again. I returned the car to the service department that Saturday. When I dropped it off I insisted that they do thorough testing. That afternoon I receive a call that they have to order a new camera. At that time they offered me a rental car and I requested one that gets that best gas millage. They give me a Jeep Renegade, I’m so happy I didn’t get this vehicle (this was the first vehicle I took for a test drive that was under $17,000). The gas mileage was actually less than my Chrysler 300. After nine days and two attempts to get the right part (this does not inspire confidence), I got my car back. When I arrived to pick up my car it was filthy. I admit it needed to be washed before I brought it in but you guys had it for 9 days it should have been cleaned up. Every time I look at this car I become upset with myself and your organization. I know the majority of the fault lies with my rash decision, but your organization leads me to it knowing full well what they were doing. With me putting close to 50,000 miles a year on this vehicle and having 7 Years to pay on it I fear this is going to be a terrible outcome for me. If you have little or no experience buying from a car dealer as I did stay away from this one. More

simple fix I took my car in for a simple fix on my fuel tank. They kept it for 3 days. they said it was fixed. i took the car home. light came back on. this time I took my car in for a simple fix on my fuel tank. The light came back on AGAIN...I am am getting very angry with the repair shop. I am thinking they don't know cars as much as they said by them. The shop is in Yuba City Ca. Dodge More
