Do not buy a car from them and do not purchase their dent care or any of their extended warranty services. They have been a nightmare to deal with. We cancelled the extra services we purchased because we tra care or any of their extended warranty services. They have been a nightmare to deal with. We spoke to a manager when we cancelled because they have lied to us during the whole buying process which was another nightmare. Even though we have tried over and over to just get them to do their job they are terrible people. Their finance, their management, even their customer relations person. We are a military family with great credit. We pay our bills, pay our taxes, and serve our country and this is how we get treated. Stay far away they do not value their customers. More

Overall, the Service Dept. delivered horrible customer service which include two employees I had encountered at the cashiers desk and from an employee whom delivered my vehicle to the front of the dealer service which include two employees I had encountered at the cashiers desk and from an employee whom delivered my vehicle to the front of the dealership. This particular incident involved him leaving my vehicle running and left it unattended without confirming the owner to release. The overall experience made me question the mechanics’ skills as well, sadly to say. More
The worst I have brought all my vehicles from them for the last 10 years along w many of my family and 3 years ago I bought a brand new dodge eco diesel truck and wanted the extras to the vehicle but you the last 10 years along w many of my family and 3 years ago I bought a brand new dodge eco diesel truck and wanted the extras to the vehicle but you had none so instead you told me and my husband you would upgrade. I had heated seats put in and was told everything would be fine but it is not. It has already malfunction a year ago and now it has done it again and needs a whole new system. However it is after the 3 year warranty and they won’t fix it. It is only a 3 year old brand new truck it shouldn’t have any problems however everyone at the dealership knows me by face for how many times I have had to come in to get it fixed and get a rental. Then to have to pay 185 dollars for them to do nothing is ridiculous. More
