bought a 2018 CHEVY volt got charged twice the amount of bought a 2018 CHEVY volt got charged twice the amount of the value of the car was told they would include seat covers which they backed out and didn' bought a 2018 CHEVY volt got charged twice the amount of the value of the car was told they would include seat covers which they backed out and didn't give us and the car broke down two days later and needs to be sent to another dealership in a week and then they'll fix it there and we're not even sure how long that will take before we get it back they only gave us two days to cancel this contract and on the third day breaks down car salesman with darT Welsh and Oscar Aaliyah if I have my way I'll never do business with John L'Sullivan again it's not right $40,000 for a Dodge volt THATS I hope they can sleep at nightbeen recalled it breaks down the third day we have it has to be sent out for more time More

Terrible! Sold me an unsafe vehicle that wasn’t inspected correctly, was back in their shop for the first 30 days I owned it. They charged me for LoJack and tracker for the 2 vehicles I bought at the same ti correctly, was back in their shop for the first 30 days I owned it. They charged me for LoJack and tracker for the 2 vehicles I bought at the same time there even though I said no they said I had to purchase because it was already on the vehicle. Pure fraud. The Roseville Toyota store was just as bad charging me LoJack on a truck I bought there in January. Same general manager. Finance department is completely scandalous. Many complaints about them. More
