1-When I brought vehicle home after the repair before last it died and had to be towed back. I was then charged for the repair. 2-I gave the sales dept and General Manager an opportunity to buy back the vehicle and sell me another potentially more expensive vehicle, they wanted to give me trade in value not what I paid. I then asked for a limited warranty but they wanted to sell me a 7000 dollar warranty. 3-I gave the finance dept an opportunity to rectify the LoJack and Tracker issue and they refused. Up until the last repair the service dept took care of the need repairs. The general manager said he already put too much into the repairs and wouldn’t do anymore which is why I had to pay for the last one. Is there really something you can do to solve all these issues?
