HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Liberty Ford Parma Hts is ineffectual and incompetent. It was unable to complete a warranty repair correctly, yet lied and claimed it was complete. They billed Ford for the repair and have never once responded to all of my calls and emails requesting repair completion of the AIRBAGS. The people who I called were the Service Manager and General Manager. They won't even call you back! Do not go to Liberty Ford Parma Hts, members of the general public! You will be ripped off and will not receive good service! BEWARE!!!! WARNING!!!! More

He was very friendly, checked to see if my car was on a recall I brought my car in for an oil change and rotation. My service advisor was Leon Rafael. The tell me it’s not worth what I own on it .I beg to differ but after my 6 hour stay in the dealership I did leave with a lease that after I thought about it wasn’t a good deal at all . More

AJ Bruno - First Class! I recently did a buy-out of my 2015 Explorer after a 3 year lease. AJ Bruno is the Lease Mgr. He did his best to encourage me to go into another lea I recently did a buy-out of my 2015 Explorer after a 3 year lease. AJ Bruno is the Lease Mgr. He did his best to encourage me to go into another lease but, after he understood that I was definitely going to do the buy-out he was very cooperative and understanding. He provided me with everything I needed to get financing from my own credit union and responded immediately to the information and documents requested. On the final day of the buy-out he was extremely pleasant and very well organized. He had all of his paperwork ready for me to sign and he made sure that I didn't have a long wait when signing additional documents with their finance department. This morning he made a follow-up call just to be sure that everything went through as planned. Even though I didn't lease or purchase a new vehicle, AJ was pleasant, very professional and made dealing with Liberty Ford painless. I would recommend him to anyone interested in buying or leasing a car. Thanks AJ! More

Hadn't really considered an Edge but he suggested a test We are very happy with our new to us Ford Edge. Dennis Spisak helped us find the "right one". Hadn't really considered an Edge but he suggested a test drive. He addressed all of our needs as far as what we were looking for. Then he promptly addressed the things he agreed to if we purchased this vehicle. I've purchased several vehicles over my life time and have to say, this has been my best experience at any dealership I've ever visited. More
Poor Customer Service I had bought 2 vehicles, and leased 2 vehicles from Liberty Ford in Parma Hts, over the last 4 years. Wow. What a mistake. There were so many problems I had bought 2 vehicles, and leased 2 vehicles from Liberty Ford in Parma Hts, over the last 4 years. Wow. What a mistake. There were so many problems with the Service Dept., but will only share a few. AC in for service several times, but not fixed. They would not put the gauges on to see what the issue was. We later found out that the ac was not fully charged at the factory. Hours wait for oil changes. Incomplete service where only a portion of items needing service were not completed. My salesperson did try to help, but to no avail. My son's truck went in for an oil changes, and tire rotation, and they did not tighten the lugs on one of the tires, and it almost fell off. Major safety issues. Finally, my salesperson assured me a loaner vehicle with all the issues I have had, but there was not one ready for me. He forgot to set it up. This is the last straw for me. By the way, I had left several messages with the owner of this dealership, and he never called me back. He must not be too concerned about customer service. My suggestion is to find another dealership. More
