STAY FAR AWAY!!! The only thing worse then their sales staff, is the service department!!! They will be nice when you are buying from them, but if you have a problem, forget it!! Their service department continually missed diagnosed, an engine coolant intrusion into the cylinders for about 6 to 8 months, which is a common problem on Ecoboost engines. WAKE UP LIBERTY!! They are only interested in selling you a car, NOTHING ELSE!! I'm sure they would have been perfectly fine misleading me, until my warranty was up, and I would have to pay out of pocket. The salesman I bought the car from was only interested in selling me something else, and didn't care about the 40k problem he already sold me. I'm so glad I decided to go somewhere else. DEFINITELY WILL NOT RETURN TO LIBERTY!!

11/11/24 purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion. Mikal Mims was PHENOMENAL! was very honest and straight forward. He explained everything. Set perfect expectations since the car had previous difficulty with financing and my credit wasnt perfect. The team as a whole was great. Manager worked above and beyond and secured financing for me. I purchased previously from Liberty Ford 14 years prior and my parents had twice in 2015 and 2005. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend!!
