On 10/3/2020 Lexus of Winter Park completed an oil change on my RX350. On 3/14/2021 I had a different service provider complete the next oil change on my vehicle and it was determined that Lexus of Winter P on my RX350. On 3/14/2021 I had a different service provider complete the next oil change on my vehicle and it was determined that Lexus of Winter Park did not replace the oil filter when they did the oil change on 10/3/2020. There was an extremely dirty Fram oil filter installed in my vehicle and Lexus of Winter Park only uses the Lexus oil filters. Yesterday I spoke to Howard Keyser, Fixed Operations Director at Lexus of Winter Park and showed him the dirty Fram oil filter. Howard told me he was sorry for the issue, but he did not seem to care about my Lexus. Hopefully I will not have engine problems due to their negligence. More
