When I arrived at the dealership some hours later I was greeted by Charles Ream. I suppose my name is Dorothy for a reason. He accompanied me down the yellow brick road to the best car buying experience ever! For such a young man, his degree of professionalism and tact was outstanding. For a lot of large purchases a person make; the service after the purchase usually stop, but I can say that I have received calls from Charles (as well as other employees from the dealership) on a daily or every other day basis to see if I have any questions and to find out if I am still happy with the vehicle I purchased. They did not pressure me about the car, negotiated in good faith with me and called me every other day after my purchase to make sure everything was running smoothly. Granted, I have had the car for less than a week so far. The best thing about them is that they are priced fairly (no dealers fees!), and were very understanding of what I needed. Finally, the dealership is very clean and well maintained, plus their service bay very impressive (they take you on a tour of it when you test drive a car). More
