Purchased a bad car I thought my experience was nice as I dealt with Page, the sales manager, who paired me with JD, the sales associate. They were very nice and went out I thought my experience was nice as I dealt with Page, the sales manager, who paired me with JD, the sales associate. They were very nice and went out of their way to get the deal done, certainly gave me goodies- key chains and wood coffee mug. Page even agreed to go in half on replacing the sun visor, which was broken to save the deal. After the test drive, I noticed a few things and wish I would have taken heed. First, I told Page, I thought the tail light was out, he assured me no, it was. Then, I asked about a rattle and was assured it was normal for the brand by JD. I should have followed my first mind,. I purchased a 2008 Mercedes E350 exactly 7 days ago on 06/05/15 for $17,000. I need a new transmission, $2700.00 for repairs. Please have any car you buy checked out. Called and was promised a call back, of course no call. Very sad, but what can you do?? Buyers Beware!!!!!!!! More

I had traveled 900 miles round-trip for this appointment, so his briefing to me was really appreciated and reassuring. He assigned service consultant Eliseo Morales to my Lexus. I was extremely impressed with Eli's customer relation skills and his technical knowledge of my Lexus. He kept me informed of all phases of the maintenance being accomplished on my vehicle. That's what it is all about for a customer and he has mastered it. I was a little taken back when I found out that he had only been in that job for a few months. He is very enthusiastic and a team player. good job! More

William Tijerina has been my service rep since the beginning, and and it's been the best service experience I've ever had. William is responsive, efficient, and friendly and keeps me apprised of progress. I also appreciate that Lexus has provided for cost-sharing on specialized problems. William makes the effort to ensure that I benefit from them. Since Lexus of Orlando provides a loaner vehicle, I never have to worry about wasting time waiting for service or making special arrangements to rent a car while mine is being worked on. More
