I have bought many cars over the years at dealerships all over and this was by far THE BEST experience I have ever had at a dealership. I shopped a ton before deciding on a Lexus and I even was set on buying over and this was by far THE BEST experience I have ever had at a dealership. I shopped a ton before deciding on a Lexus and I even was set on buying an Acura. I had an appointment at Acura put a deposit down on the car everything but the service at Autonation Acura was horrible the worst possible service I have ever experienced and the sales guy could not be bothered and the sales manager was pushy and down right rude. And that really deterred me from feeling like I was making a good decision with Acura. When you are buying a luxury vehicle service is EVERYTHING. I decided the night I was suppose to go to Acura to skip the appointment and go to Lexus. After I had been to Mercedes, BMW, Infiniti, Audi and Acura. I went to Lexus of WP 20 minutes before they closed on a Friday night. Sales men were NOT waiting outside like vultures (I HATE THAT). They were super kind the minute I walked in the door L greeted me super nice and asked me what I was looking for it was pouring he ran out in the rain to pull up the RX350 into the showroom so I wouldn't get wet. He then was VERY informative showed me everything about the car incredibly knowledgeable. I test drove it and fell in love. I then met Chanlin who I believe was an Angel from Heaven he really made the entire deal possible. I gave him what Acura was doing for me and not only did he match the deal they gave me he BEAT IT!!!! I got 0% interest and a great deal on not only the RX350 but my trade! There wasn't any crazy back and forth it was simple clean cut and dry and they gave me their best deal. I was totally impressed how honest and straight forward they were as most car sales men are known to be shady! Not Chanlin and L they were some of the nicest guys I have ever met. We then went back the next day to the dealership and were only there an hour and a half it was seamless and enjoyable! And they even put a big red bow on my new car. This is Disney service with deals and rates that just can't be beat! We were once an Acura family now we are a Lexus family! We will never buy a car anywhere else! Lexus of Winter Park knows what they are doing and even in the middle of a pandemic they were kind, concerned about safety first and made this experience one I will tell all my friends and family about. Even my husband said wow "What kind of sales guy helps you install a car seat and brings you a towel to wipe your sweat from installing it" I am telling you these guys are top notch! CHANLIN AND L ARE THE BEST!!!!!! I LOVE MY NEW LEXUS! STAY AWAY FROM AUTONATION ACURA IN SANFORD I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY DEPOSIT BACK AND I DID NOT NOT SIGN ANYTHING! THE MANAGER AND SALES GUY IS NOW IGNORING ME! GO TO LEXUS BETTER CARS AND WAY BETTER SERVICE! More
Charles was friendly and warm. He approached us right away as we walked into the dealership. He was so helpful in showing me the details of the car that I showed interest in. Dishonest, incompetent service department I feel that this dealership is dishonest and does poor quality work. I recently had my 2016 LS460 in for the 20K checkup. I was told I needed 3 new I feel that this dealership is dishonest and does poor quality work. I recently had my 2016 LS460 in for the 20K checkup. I was told I needed 3 new tires, not under warranty even though the manufacturer warranty for that tire is 5 years/80K miles. I was told it would take 3 days to order the all season tire I had on my vehicle. When I reviewed my receipt I discovered that the mechanics put 3 summer tires on my car. I feel like it is almost criminal to mix summer tires and all season tires on a car, especially without even telling the customer. I will be driving this car up north and could have been in a serious accident driving in the snow with 3 summer tires. My service advisor offered to replace the 3 summer tires with 4 all season tires for the same price since my original tires were discontinued. This time when I reviewed my receipt I noticed that one of the DOT numbers for the new tires had a much older date than the others. I called the tire manufacturer and was told that one of the “new” tires was past its shelf life of 3 years. My service advisor ordered a new tire and replaced the old one no problem. In all, my car was at this dealership 3 times for a total of 10 days. After the egregious incompetence and/or dishonesty shown by this dealership, I question whether my car, with only 21K miles, even needed new tires in the first place. I feel like I was cheated. The Lexus service advisors are always excellent but they are like lipstick on a pig when the quality of work being performed is horrible. I’m pretty sure if I took my car to a local Tire Kingdom or Sam’s Club it wouldn’t have taken 3 tries to get it right. I do appreciate that Lexus offers pickup/dropoff service during the pandemic. More

Charles Ream is a BLESSING. By my side from start to finish made the transaction STRESS FREE. I’m a Nam vet and suffer from PTSD.
