Scott Allardice contacted me via phone after my initial inquiry of a 2004 LS 430 that I had inquired on 6/09/2011 via auto trader advising me that the car was actually heading to the body shop, as it is cu inquiry of a 2004 LS 430 that I had inquired on 6/09/2011 via auto trader advising me that the car was actually heading to the body shop, as it is customary for the BUMPERS to be repainted on older model LEXUS. Scott assured me that the car was METICULOUSLY cared for and PAMPERED with zero defects. Scott provided answers to my questions in regards to the condition of this vehicle. Scott ensured me that it would be worth my 2.5hr drive. 3 pics were provided showing vague details of this LS430.A few days had past from the date of promise completion and i decided to reach out myself and follow up. Scott scheduled an appointment for me to view/purchase this LS 430 on Wed 6/15/2011. After viewing this vehicle, I determined that a ton of cosmetic and flawed details were present in this vehicle and was obviously omitted. There was only one bumper painted and the other BUMPER indicated a deep abrasion and obvious damage. I test drove the vehicle and was satisfied with the mechanical condition. I negotiated a price based on the present condition the vehicle was in, opposed to what was presented to me by Scott Allardice. My cash offer, which was not far from the LEXUS asking price was not accepted! After a long drive of frustration and snarling Orlando traffic this once exciting car purchase has become a half day of wasted time.10 years of LEXUS ownership has finally turned on a LIGHT BULB of COMPLETE DISGUST of BUYING EXPERIENCE DISATISFACTION!!! More
