I recently went to Lexus of Orlando to "look" at the cars. I was greated by Doug who proceeded to show me the vehicles. My brother and I went to the dealership with a scheduled and confirmed appointment to see Mr. Ryan Olsen at 10:00 am last Tuesday. I was told that there were 3 vehicles that would be of interest to me. Upo and confirmed appointment to see Mr. Ryan Olsen at 10:00 am last Tuesday. I was told that there were 3 vehicles that would be of interest to me. Upon arrival, I was advised that Mr. Ryan doesn't even come to work until noon. The vehicle I was most interested in was on a "test drive". When we inquired about the other 2, the salesman returned with this information: 1 sold, the other in the service bay until after noon. I saw another vehicle which might have been of interest but was advised that the vehicle was also sold although the tag indicated only that it was for sale. At no time did the salesman attempt to show us ANY vehicle. We left and will never return to this dealership. (I already own a 2007 RX350 which I had bought new from the dealership in 2007. More

Appoint making is easy. Greeting picture perfect. Leaving my garage I scratched the car because I did not notice a visitor. Repair estimates reasonable. Execution just like nothing happened.
