Bought a $57,000 lx 570 & after owning it for 4 days it broke down with a bad battery. Dealership is no help and wont even return my calls!!! I am 64 years old and have purchased many cars in my life time. Lexus of Orlando was the best experience in buying a vehicle that my wife and I have ever had. I have purchased 2 new porsche's at much highe time. Lexus of Orlando was the best experience in buying a vehicle that my wife and I have ever had. I have purchased 2 new porsche's at much higher prices and did not receive the red carpet treatment that this dealership presented to us. I would highly recommend them for your new or used car purchase. When I get ready for another vehicle they will be the first place I go. More

I received excellent service from Dominic yesterday. I appreciate the fact that he goes above and beyond what I would normally expect from a dealership. It takes me almost an hour and a half to get to the appreciate the fact that he goes above and beyond what I would normally expect from a dealership. It takes me almost an hour and a half to get to the Lexus dealership but I definitely look forward to the experience that I receive from Dominic and the Lexus staff. I would gladly recommend this Lexus dealership to anyone looking for great service. More

Manny goes over and above anything I would ever expect. He is exceptional. My most recent visit is only one example of his dedication to his customers. I had a major issue with my car and Manny realized He is exceptional. My most recent visit is only one example of his dedication to his customers. I had a major issue with my car and Manny realized that my expended warranty had expired. He did everything possible to help minimize my expense even going to Lexus to try to get me a "good customer discount". I could not believe how much of an advocate he was for me. He didn't have to do it, but he did. I have worked with Manny for the last 3 years. I have always found him to helpful and courteous, but this time he went over and above all of my expectations. I would recommend him to everyone, in fact, when someone I know buys a Lexus, I tell them to make sure they use Manny as their Service Consultant. Thank you Manny. You are wonderful. Lexus of Orlando is very lucky to have an individual like you representing them. It makes me want to come back over and over and be loyal to Lexus for all my service needs. More

I stopped by today for oil change to my IS350, at the same time I wanted to test drive the new 2013 GS350.. I will not mention names but my experience was very unpleasant..The car salesman was using (pre same time I wanted to test drive the new 2013 GS350.. I will not mention names but my experience was very unpleasant..The car salesman was using (pressure sales tactics), something I can not tolerate and never expected from LEXUS dealer. At the end the salesman insisted that I go inside the dealership to get my information... I did... when he asked for my driver license.. I told him I have to go... instead he went and got me someone else to hassle me to buy a car..That was xxxxxxxx...LEXUS of Orlando needs to know they lost me as a customer. I have made three trips to Lexus of Orlando, the first two were merely inquiries and today was to sincerely consider a purchase. I met with Dion who was very nice and easy to work with, made the experience much better than the first two trips. Mr Dion was the first person to introduce me to the service dept. and show me the amenities of the dealership. I was truly grateful for his time to do this. After discovering a few not so good details on the nearly three year old IS250, such as tire pressure lights, unsecured engine covers, and uneven tire wear, Mr Dion assured me these imperfections would be taken care of. I obliged and proceeded to see figures. The price of the car was good, or else I would not have taken the time to drive from Sanford to see it(the aforementioned defects coming to mind). The problem lay with the trade values. As consumers, we all are familiar with how to properly evaluate our own cars before an appraisal, but nothing prepared me for $4000 less than KBB, NADA, and even a couple thousand less than other dealer appraisals. The only advice I was given was to sell my car to Carmax. Great advice, but thats not customer service and its not going to get you a deal on a far from perfect "Certified" used car. More

The pricing game was very straightforward,cordial and professional, thanks to Mr. Dan Warren and completed with Mr. Steve Wofford. Mr. Laucerica showed us our vehicle and spent an extraordinary amount of personal time and attention to details to make sure we were familiar with the many features, and followed through with courtesy calls afterward. The few items to be taken care of were handled with great professionalism by Mr. Francisco Gonzalez (one of the best service reps I've dealt with), Mr. Howard Keyser and Ms. Rachel Ward. This team went to great lengths to make our experience of owning our 2011 RX350 truly "world class". They have earned our highest recommendation for a great product, service and delivery.
