This is my third Lexus, which I just purchased today, from J.D. I arrived at Lexus of Orlando about 15 minutes before opening. I was surprised that the facility was open. The receptionist greeted me with I very welcoming "good morning sir, and welcome to Lexus of Orlando." I stated my reason for coming in and asked if Mr. Davies was scheduled to work on this day. I did not call for an appointment. He was, however he was not scheduled for another hour to begin. The receptionist stated that she would contact Mr. Davies to see if he wold come in earlier to accommodate me. J.D. did arrive before his scheduled time. He asked how he may assist me. I explained the situation of trading in my car. He showed me and 2 cars and I test drove the car that an hour later was driving home in. Mr. Davies has proven to me once again that he takes the time to listen to the situation, and works to the best of his ability to find the best suited vehicle to all party's satisfaction. I have had all of the mainstream luxury cars and I have NEVER experienced better service than at Lexus of Orlando. I measure ALL the service I give and receive by the Lexus standard!!! I mean who looks forward to taking their car in for service??? I always love it because it just reminds me again what it means to experience great service. I really appreciate them!! The sales department may sell the first car, but it's the SERVICE department that sells every one after that. I am pretty sure I will drive a Lexus for the rest of my life!! More

I could not have been more impressed with the outstanding service and professional work that I received this past week from service technician, Dominic Crocetta! My daughter and I both brought our Lexuses in service and professional work that I received this past week from service technician, Dominic Crocetta! My daughter and I both brought our Lexuses in to Dominic for service. He was very friendly and listened carefully to our concerns, even jotting down notes as we spoke. He treated our Lexuses as though they were his very own - carefully inspectinging our vehicles' engines and all mechanical functions to ensure that everything was performing as it should. He went beyond the service that we brought our vehicles in for in that he replaced my car's battery under warrantee, which unbenownst to me was leaking acid. He also called up our vehicles' milage histories and made appropriate recommendations to keep our cars running smoothly. Furthermore, he kept me informed every step of the way with regards to our cars' repairs with helpful, daily emails which detailed our vehicles' repair statuses. My highest rating goes out to Dominic - he is truly awesome! More

I showe up without an appointment and Mr.Sinker professionally took care of me an made me feel like a guest in his home. He was always smiling and showed great enthusiasm.
