I was impressed from the first contact I had with Lexus of Orlando. Drew Hill answered my e-mail inquiry with in 6 mins. He then had my Product specialist Robert Calupca call me. I got in contact with the internet sale manager at Lexus of Orlando (Adrian), who helped me find what I was looking for in their inventory. I was shopping in November 2013 and wanted a 2013 Lexus GS350. He found a couple in the inventory that had the features I wanted. My husband and I had an appointment for 7pm on a weekday night. We got there about 20 minutes early and we were immediately greeted by Sean M. Within a couple minutes, he had us in the car I was interested in for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all our questions. He was also very respectful. After the test drive, we were ready to talk numbers. We had not received any quotes online from Lexus of Orlando, but we had quotes from other Lexus dealerships (Tampa, Clearwater, Jacksonville). We named our price. We got an answer quickly. It was so easy and hassle-free. My husband couldn't believe how easy it was. The price was very fair, and we got tints thrown in at a discount. From there, a number of people were working to get things moving. While waiting, I was treated to drinks and a comfy couch to watch tv on. My car was cleaned and the tank was filled. While that was going on, Sean showed me how to do a number of things with my new car, like using voice command and destination assist. He set up the bluetooth with my iphone and taught me how to use the sound system. I met with Brenda in the business office to sign everything, which went quickly and without hassle. Once everything was ready, they put the big red bow on my beautiful shiny new car and indulged me while my husband and I took pictures. They even posed in a picture with me. It was after 9 by the time we left (they close at 8pm), but they made me feel special until the very end, like a VIP. My experience was awesome and so easy. I definitely recommend Lexus of Orlando!! We bought our 2013 Lexus 350 ES new from Lexus of Orlando. We brought it in for the first 5000 mile service. Our service adviser was Dominic Crocetta.
