Out of state purchase I live in Illinois, I recently found a great car at Lexus of Orlando the color, year, and interior color I had been searching for, for over 2 months. I had never in 50 years bought a car without inspecting it in person. In talking with J.D. We went over every aspect of the car, he was totally honest with any faults, however minor. He assured me that any known faults would be addressed prior to purchase. I purchased the car, J.D. Also helped find a reputable freight company to deliver the car to the Chicago area at a fair price. The car was picked up at the dealer Friday afternoon, it was delivered to me the following Monday without a scratch. The car was better than described, you could almost put it on the dealer floor as a new car. All the previously described faults were corrected. I am totally happy with the car. Living in Chicago our winters are horrible, I am now convinced that the next time I or my wife needs a used car I would purchase it from Lexus of Orlando, the cars in that area have never had to go through a Chicago winter with over 80 inches of snow. The same age car from here could not begin to be in the same condition. All the people I dealt wit at the dealership were very honest and patient during the sale. Tara Russo and Dan Drew were also very helpful in the completion of the sale. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a quality car from a quality oriented dealership. More

After going thru a lot of car problems , I decided it to give it a shot, I don't regret it. It was the best decision that I've made in a while. I walked into the dealer they gave me a friendly welcome ( I thought I was at the Ritz Carlton ) Jaime came up to me and asked me how could he assist me? I told him what I needed it . He walked me thru the different units in the lot . After we found the car, he introduce me to Rob King . After letting Rob know my budget, he automatically said that they could make it in the vehicle that I have chosen with Jaime. Soon enough we started working the number first round and we had a deal. Rob came back from the sales desk with numbers that were matching my expectations. After I signed with Rob, he introduce me to Vaneet (what a Gentlemen) he was the one that sent me the first structure that I could not say no. Last but not least , Daniel Drew (F&I) explained to me all options that I could add to my CPO unit, but with no pressure. With absolutely no exaggeration, I would recommend Steve and Lexus of Orlando to anyone and have done so on many occasions. He is professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and a genuinely nice person. Anytime I mention getting my car serviced at the dealership, I almost always get the "you're silly for paying so much" look followed by an eye roll. I've never once felt that I did not pay for exactly what I received, both in value and service. I have experienced the nightmarish dealership experience that most associate with service at other Lexus dealerships and have gone running back to Lexus of Orlando every time. Steve actually advises me when I come in as to what my car needs and will need in the future, rather than handing me a quote and having me sign on a line. If it isn't necessary, I'm not charged for it or suckered into it, I'm not "upsold" or ever even unsure of the condition of my car when leaving. I really do recommend Steve and Lexus of Orlando as a whole. I've been to the others and there is a clear difference! More
