I am so appreciative to these three individuals for not only making me feel like a valued customer, but more importantly I want to give a special thanks to Mr. Keyser, Fixed Operations Director and Rachel Webb, Director of Guest Relations for personally addressing all of my service repair questions. I can certainly see why this dealer is ranked among the best in the world, because the swift and generous resolution provided to remedy my service concerns was simply second to none! The repair work was completed efficiently and satisfactorily, and I left the dealership having learned some new things about my Lexus. Trust me when I say I could go on and on describing all of the reasons why Lexus of Orlando is #1. However, I will sum it all up by saying that I have never been treated as well by any other dealership in the Central Florida area, and that's not an overstatement. Outstanding customer service similar to the type of service I've experienced while visiting Lexus of Orlando can make a lasting and often lifelong impression on customer's perception. Red Carpet Treatment I had been searching high and low for a specific truck for my son's first purchase. We found it through auto traders at Lexus of Orlando and called to I had been searching high and low for a specific truck for my son's first purchase. We found it through auto traders at Lexus of Orlando and called to make sure it was still available. Since we live about 6 hours away they put the truck on hold until we could arrive the next morning. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The price was in line with the blue book value and they were still willing to do a little negotiating. They even threw in some extra's like a full tank of gas for a 26 gallon truck, 2 cases of water, a gift card for testing driving the vehicle, and 2 Lexus keychains! After we finished completing the paperwork, we walked out to find the truck shiny and clean under the lights of the showroom floor. It was complete with the red carpet and a sign thanking us for our business! We may not have been purchasing a brand new luxury Lexus but they treated us as if we had. It was an experience we wont soon forget and it seemed fitting for my son's first purchase. We will spread their name far and wide and we will consider them first when purchasing a new vehicle! I wasn't sure what it was or if it would be covered under our warranty. Steve Persaud didn't hesitate at all. The next day a service tech drove the 1 1/2 hours to our home in The Villages, picked up our car and left us with a Lexus loaner. 24 hours later our car was returned with a very minor repair completed and washed and vacuumed and at no cost to us! Amazing customer service. The techs who picked up and returned our car were both exceptionally professional and friendly. Steve and his team literally "go the extra mile" to ensure customer satisfaction. More

The product specialist Robert Beumont and Phil (Finance Officer) handled the transaction very efficiently and courteously. Lexus of Orlando has hired good people and your business will flourish because the manner of doing business with your customer is pleasurable and customers are not being harassed. The first Sales Manager who met us as we entered the Sales Office was somewhat rude because I had no time to explain to him that Oscar Vela of the Internet Sales gave us a good introduction on what price, product and other amenities we will need. He blurted right away that "this office is a high end and I should watch myself and keep my voice down". Then, a secretary by the name of Tara approached us and was very patient and explained their procedures. In short, after several encounters, we stayed and purchased a 2014 RX 350 which we are now enjoying. It was not a very good start but all's well that ends well.
